I returned my wedding dresses and 4 months on i still havent had a refund!! £500! Horrendous AI chat that sends you ateond in a circle. Worst experience ive ever had.Won't touch them with a barge pole. Just the letters PLT raise my blood pressure through the roof, cant believe they're still in business.

Dreadful customer service. I ordered an item and the wrong thing was sent. They don’t have a telephone number to call and ignored my messages on social media (and deleted my comments on their posts). I managed to find an email address and every time I messaged they said they couldn’t see my attached photos. After 6 attempts I got a response just offering a return. I just lost faith in the end and returned the item but they charge £1:99 for returns and I had paid £2:99 postage only to receive the incorrect item. Absolutely useless.

BUYER BEWARE / PLT are borderline scammers. If I could rate them 0/5 I would. Have been trying to get onto customer service for weeks, they reply once and ask me something I’ve already provided and as soon as I reply it’s AI bot again who doesn’t actually help. Unable to process my return and get my money back because of the terrible service and never ending follow ups. Extremely dissatisfied and would leave a complaint if it was even possible to get in touch with anyone from the extremely unreliable customer service team. Not to mention the items are overpriced and terrible mass produced quality leading to the need for return in the first place.

-Best petite selection I’ve found so far-Sizes run slightly large-Quality is good and sales are great-I wouldn’t pay full price for most items. I usually wait for the 70% off sales-Dispatch is quick and customer service replies fast (even via text)-Express shipping to Australia costs about $30 but can take up to a month-Returns are a bit of a hassle since you have to pay for them

I used a Klarna one-time card to submit an order. I received an error message saying the order had not been processed. However, Klarna claimed they had sent a confirmation of the order and I was charged for it even though I had no order confirmation. I had to contact PLT and facebook or whats app was the only way to get in touch. They took days to respond and even then, just kept asking me for the same information over and over. They claimed there was no order but Klarna provided me with a host of reference numbers indicating they had indeed taken payment from Klarna. I have after almost 2 weeks had no support from either Klarna or PLT. I have had to now go through the complaint process with Klarna citing their buyer protection policy. PLT should be shut down. I cannot even make a complaint about them to the ACCC as i cannot locate any ABN details.

Don’t order from them. I ordered a next day delivery. Half the order arrived other half got lost. Weeks went buy they confirmed it was returned. Lied said the money was refunded. It was not. 2 months later I keep getting told pls wait 10 days. It will clear into your account. Nothing. This has been said about 5 times. No compensation. Poor communication if any. It takes weeks for a response. You can’t call. Their service is so bad that scammers are even pretending to be customer services to scam you out of money. I will never buy from them again. And the quality of the clothing. Let’s put it this way. I ordered 13 dresses. Not even one was kept. One was so bad it looked like they had used an old sofa cut it up and made a dress. The cuts are awful. They are enough to make you think twice about your life.

Not convinced they actually stock the items they advertise. My order never shipped, and the AI customer support was no help. After multiple follow‑ups I finally received a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this retailer — unreliable experience overall.

I bought a shirt that was really itchy and gave me a rash. I contacted their customer service team and they told me they can't return it. They also had the audacity to ask for photos of my body that has the rash. I will never be buying anything from this brand again, poor quality items with awful customer service.

This company needs to go. WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I still have not received my order from them. I also don't appreciate talking to a robot when discussing my concerns because they aren't going to do anything. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and will never be ordering here EVER AGAIN. They have robbed me. DISGUSTING.
