Order Number: 9660222the flowers I have received today are absolutely not to a standard and certainly not £50.00! I am so upset regarding the flowers delivered; I could have received a better bunch from Tesco. It has not come in the box as advertised and doesn't sit in the bag given, the flowers look half dead and absolutely do not depict the expectations set out on the website. I have been mis-sold and will never use the company again, or recommend you. I

If I could give you a minus i would I complained about the flowers my aunt sent and recieved a response on trust pilot that someone would look into it and heard nothing more the flowers sent were disgusting communication fell on deaf ears this company is an absolute RIP OFF please dont waste your money they dont care, there is NO customer service other than to take your money and send half dead flowers that look nothing like you order more like wilting flowers off a grave, you have been warned

Excellent service.
I use Prestige quite often when sending flowers. Always on time. Reasonably priced and always excellent, beautiful bouquets. Highly recommend.

Great customer service
Great customer service, had some issues with the first lot of bouquets; some of the flowers didn’t even last a couple of days. Ellie was brilliant to deal with, sent two replacement bouquets straight away at no extra cost. Would definitely use again, as they generally care and pride themselves with great customer service. Their bouquets are also lovely.

mothers day flowers
I bought two bunches for mothers day and I just think for the amount you spend the quailty and volume is not very good at all. I was really dissapointed to go in my locas supermarket and seen better bouqets for half the price.

Toke several attempts to place order
It toke several attemps just to place an order. If it had not gone through by the forth attempt, I would have gone to a different company for my flower order.
