Delivery Confusion. Questionable Quality
The folks at Prep asked me to change my one star review.Apparently. USPS is very slow about updating delivery statuses. So they showed a label printed, but the product not shipped. In the end, the product arrived on time.Before ordering, I noted some complaints. Mostly about the quality of the shirts. So we spent an extra few bucks for a supposedly better quality T-shirt. I don't mind spending the money for quality.The fabric of the shirt that we received, is extremely thin. It made me wonder what the non-premium shirt look like.The shirt looks great. The printing is spot on. It is one of our grandson's birthday presents. I am sure that he will be happy with it. But I found the quality lacking. I don't think it will last too long.We paid over $37.00 for a low quality shirt. And that was with a 20% coupon. For the price, I think it could have been much better.

This was the worst jersey-buying…
This was the worst jersey-buying experience I’ve ever had. I paid for an overpriced jersey that they didn’t even complete properly. On top of that, they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy another one to replace it, with free shipping, as if that somehow fixes the problem.The estimated delivery time was two weeks, but by the time the jersey actually arrived, the football season was already over. When it finally showed up, the quality was subpar and nowhere near worth the price.Absolutely a joke of a company and a joke of a customer experience. I will never buy anything from here again, and I suggest others think twice before doing business with them.

No update for my order.Hello please help! I ordered a snapback from Frebruary 27 and it’s now March 6 never get any update from them. Trying to reach out and their online agent (robot) keep telling its being ready to ship but take forever.
