Convoluted mess
Convoluted mess, received another customer's bottle rather than my kit. Havent returned my selection for fear of what i might receive this time! I'm sure it was a snafoo but nowadays its hard to trust

Highly recommend as a gift.
We were thrilled with the bourbons as a gift! Some of the bottles in the six month shipments were hard to find in stores.

No product or response
Ordered dec 30. Has not shipped, I have emailed 3 times with no response. Money has already come out of my bank. No phone number given to contact, only email. Horrible scam company.

Started well then went to hell...
When I first started the club over a year ago it was great. I was exposed to some great new tequilas that I believe were well vetted by Pourmore before shipping. As the year went on the tequilas were cheaper and really not what I was expecting. One month I got a Sotol. If you know tequila then you know that's not tequila. So they then offered a higher club level of $150.00 per month. I thought well let's see if that makes a difference. Firts bottle was a $55.00 bottle. I very very dsapointed to say the least. Something has happened at Pourmore. Don't waste your money with them.

Sold Out Their Subscribers
The bottle received, Gentlemen's Cut, could not have left me more disappointed. I signed up expecting unique and potentially new bottles I couldn't find at my local stores. Instead, I received a $40 celebrity endorsed bottle parading as an $80 bottle that I can find everywhere I look. It genuinely feels like you sold out your subscribers to help move an overpriced bottle no one in the club would choose to buy on their own. It smells/tastes young and much worse than many bottles that cost half the price.

Stellar Surprises!
I received some bottles that I wouldn't have been able to purchase locally. And receiving something out of the ordinary is something like Christmas every month. Great job, Pourmore! Now on to the next tier.

Same bottles sent out to different people.
Bottles were great picks but you seem to send the same ones out so when I refered my neighbor than we ended up with the same bottles. We were hoping for random picks.

Terrific company and great service and value
Terrific company , amazing service. Great value. Every bottle I've received has been awesome and well below what I would pay for in my immediate area( if they were even available) couldn't recommend them enough.
