Spark Live Amp Not Worth It
Bought the Spark Live Amp. It's very disappointing. Anemic speakers produce a very thin sound. The app allows you to customize Amps and pedals, but the selection is pathetic and there is little sound variation between them. Their online customer service is mostly AI and when you do get an actual person they are courteous but know very little and so of little use. You would be better off buying an actual FRFR pa amp and a Fractal VP4. As a side note, Positive Grid put the Spark Live on sale 6 days after my purchase but refused to price match it and refund the difference. And sending it back is too costly. I'm better off selling it on marketplace.

Very buggy and slow to zero support
Very buggy and slow to zero support. Not reliable for gig use. Presets lost. Backup and restore failures with no way to fix….

I purchased the Spark Go from them…
I purchased the Spark Go from them directly. I had the right address put in but it wouldn't take one of my prepaid cards so I switched to PayPal. I didn't know they went by the PayPal address and PayPal had my wrong address. I reached out immediately but they have no customer service. Everything is via AI. Had there been an actual live person they could have easily changed the address. but because I couldn't talk to an actual person they sent to the old address. I have no way of getting there. I'm so aggravated. I don't live there anymore. How am I supposed to find out if it is delivered there? This is ridiculous. I will never buy another product from them because of the lack of personal customer service. They have been no help whatsoever. I am going to be out $100 because they refused to help.

Good amp good customer service
I have a positive grid spark live amp, it’s very good for busking and managed to compete with out bands pocket kit. Battery lasts a good amount of time on high volume (usually around 3/4 hours). I also cracked the lid which holds on the battery a was very pleased that after contacting them they could send me out a spare.

I was given a Spark 40 in 2022 by my daughter as a Christmas present. All went well until 11 months later when the sound began cutting out. i wrote to Positive Grid to ask what was going on because it was still in covered and got no reply at all. So i soldiered with it cutting out thinking it was me, then it seemed to fix itself, some hope! There is a design floor I've read that says some of the componants stop working when they get hot. Now after 3years i how an expensive art installation that only works when it wants to.Do not buy one of these, it appears to me that the company are in it for the short haul because they ignore thier customer base. Just to put this into perspective I am not some kid I'm 70 years old and I'm sick of this crap!

Bait & Switch, buyer beware
Wish I had read these reviews before i fell for the Positive Grid bait and switch scam. I ordered a Spark2 amp and received the 5 year old Spark40 model. The AI customer service bot was courteous and helpful, however when I heard from a live person they were they were not nice or helpful and blamed me for falling for their scam.When I tried to get the correct amp sent they wanted to charge me for shipping and then re-order the same product that I ordered before trying to steal even more $$ from me.I recommend you go elsewhere for your amplifier needs, there is a Boss solution.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I returned my Spark Neo at my own expense- at their insistence. I have a tracking number that says it arrived at their returns depot 11 days ago. And yet nothing. So far I am £139 plus £9.60 postage out of pocket. I have asked Amazon twice to look into it but they are dragging their heels over it. I will never buy this company's products ever again.Update: Amazon have agreed to refund me the cost of the item. Good of them, but I doubt they will see that money back from Positive Grid: I haven't heard a word from them since I sent the return 18 days ago.Update 2: Amazon have finally agreed to refund me. It won't cover the cost of postage (I might as well have not bothered sending it back, as Positive Grid don't appear to care that they have it back) I wouldn't even want the piece of junk for free though. I imagine that this refund comes out of Amazon's pocket because I can't imagine they have managed to contact anyone at Positive Grid - I certainly couldn't. As they say - CAVEAT EMPTOR - LET THE BUYER BEWARE.

Rock solid stuff
Rock solid stuff. Had to deal with a AI when I had some CS needs, but you eventually deal with a real person. Totally recommend.

I wouldn’t buy this again
I wouldn’t buy this again, in fact I'd love to return it and get my money back. The distortion is too bass-heavy and muddy, and the clean tones lack any sparkle—even with a Strat, I can't get a glassy tone. Save your money and get a Marshall DSL1 for a proper sound.
