I usually receive my Posh Peanut…
I usually receive my Posh Peanut packages very fast. So, when one of my orders hadn’t arrived, I reached out to customer service. Queen was able to confirm that my package was lost. She gave me options and I chose to have my package re sent. The shipping for my second package was SO fast. Queen was so nice and helpful. I can’t thank her enough! Thank you, Queen!

I had a really good experience with…
I had a really good experience with Posh Peanuts customer service. I had to return an item and received a gift card for store credit. I had an issue with the link. I emailed them at 7pm and everything was fixed before 12pm the next day. Got a new link to my gift card and the situation was fixed surprisingly fast.

Love the clothes here and the company does such a great job with their fun collections. They are on the pricier side, but they are long-lasting and great quality.

Great customer service!! I made double order of an item and the Queen from customer support responded within 10 minutes and fixed it for me. I honestly never had a speedy and kind response like that. so grateful!

Customer service is next level
Customer service is next level. I placed an order for my SIL and realized I chose the wrong size for one of the items. I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away! I don’t have to worry about it being sent and feeling bad about her having to return items and place more work on her. In this day and time this is exactly what we need, excellent and fast service. Extra thanks to Queen for helping me out today:
