Excellent service, will use again and again
My clothes were picked up quickly, washed with care, returned organized and folded and smelling great. I did not choose the express service and had all my clothes done within a day. Sarha did a great job and left me a note on my bags, wrapped with ribbons, to let me know exactly what she did.

Ruined My Blankets and Denied My Claim
I’ve been a consistent weekly customer of Poplin for my business, spending over $100 each time, and unfortunately my recent experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing.I sent in multiple blankets with clear instructions to dry on low heat, and they were returned completely damaged—literally fried from high heat. The texture was ruined and they were no longer usable for my business. I provided photos showing the damage, but instead of taking accountability, Poplin denied my claim based on technicalities.They said my claim couldn’t be processed because I didn’t list each blanket individually and that my photos weren’t sufficient—even though the damage was obvious and I had already discarded the unusable items. As a loyal, repeat customer, I expected a much more reasonable and customer-focused resolution.Now I’m stuck repurchasing all of the damaged blankets out of pocket.If you’re using Poplin for anything delicate or business-related, be aware: if something goes wrong, they may not stand behind their service.

I was able to send all laundry out and get it back same day! It was folded and sorted so it was super easy to put everything back.it helped me so much and will use it again!!

6h TURNAROUND
#poplinchangedmylife Im honestly floored. Our washer broke and within 90 mins Felix the Friendly showed up, took my clothes and told me to enjoy my day! Whaaaaaaaaat was that??? A few hours later, Felix the Friendly returned with clothes folded so well, he should train Old Navy. My man is going to work in shirts that look like they were just issued to him. As an on the road truck driver that’s only home 2 nights a week, we got our family time back, a nap, and no peopling at the laundromat! Super impressed and will refer anyone that needs a service like this! What a treasure!

It’s ok to buy back some of your time
I never realized how much this could change my life. As an overwhelmed working mom with three kids we struggle to keep up with laundry because it just seems like they’re never-ending chore. You never quite feel finished with it. Being able to leave multiple loads on the front porch on one day and the next day they’re returned clean and folded is such a game changer. There is no shame in buying back some of your time especially with the busyness of today’s world.
