Food is not the best in portions or…
Food is not the best in portions or taste ,they're rude when the app messes up and just found its Halal certified after finding a small framed certificate and small writing on a small welcome sign ,so won't be eating there again.

1 star experience
Took one hour to get our meal and very unhygienic as I saw a worker touching a customers fries without gloves and the food was very underwhelming so I don’t recommend coming here.

The staff there doesn't understand…
The staff there doesn't understand English. Asked for extra pickles, on sandwich, it came without any Asked for extra gravy ,got none Chicken was dry dry dry tenders have no taste ,chicken not up to standards

Poor
You order online and pay for the food when you go to pick it up oh we don't have that item you ordered. But you can't get a refund you are forced to pick something else and told to call!!! Why isn't it posted for your area? Oh there is a delay. We didn't get our truck this week there's a delay. The people running this place clearly have a delay!!!!

Last time for my family
Last time for my family! I have given the Popeyes on Glenway in Cincinnati, several chances but this last time sealed it for us. What chicken there was (very little) under massive breading was dry. The breasts and thighs were so void of meat and it seemed like they had been cut in half, to cut costs maybe?? Even the biscuits no longer taste the same, so sad because there was a time that they were superb, years ago

How do people eat this?
In Ohio I Used to love it. Then I felt like I was getting skin and bones with no flavor so I stopped eating Popeyes. I vacationed in Alabama years later and the Popeyes was moist, meaty, flavorful. Came back home and a new Popeyes opened up by me. I’ve given it two chances. Again, no meat, just skin and bones without seasoning. I won’t go back. Does Popeyes not have quality control inspection?

2 quarts of beans and rice explode from 2 customers
Loveland CO sold rotten beans and rice. I bought 2 quarts. One for the trip back Wyoming and one for a friend. We both had the sh1tz. Bad beans and rice. Nasty. What else on the menu would make you run for any toilet anywhere? The first time I had Popeyes was Germany. In the 90s. When people had ethics. Did their job. This food service people. You’ve ruined my favorite fried chicken and seafood. Bummer, you should all be fired
