I ordered three pairs of sandals and…
I ordered three pairs of sandals and wore one three times on different occasions. The heels broke into two pieces when I wore it for the forth time. The metal in the heel came out. When contacted PP if they could replace the heels, they never responded to any of my emails. Very poor quality, poor customer service and high prices for nothing. Disappointed in their products.

We returned the goods in 2024
We returned the goods in 2024, yet we still have not received any refund. The Polish warehouse has repeatedly refused to take responsibility for the returned items, even though the tracking information clearly confirms that the package was delivered and received very quickly.After numerous conversations with different customer service employees, it was acknowledged that the returned items had in fact been received by the warehouse. Nevertheless, no refund has been issued.This is not the first time we have experienced such a situation with the Polish branch. Returned goods are received, but the money is not refunded. From a customer’s perspective, this feels like theft.In addition, the communication from the Polish staff has been unacceptable. Their manner of speaking to customers is rude, disrespectful, and entirely unprofessional.It has been two years, and the refund is still outstanding. Stay away you will never get your refund if you wanna return item
I have purchased thousand dollar worth of stuff around November 2025 and until this day I’m waiting for my refund every day I call them. They tell me some BS story I swear do not purchase anything from this place if you want to return an item, you will never get your refund. This is ridiculous. I had to call my credit card company to have this resolved. I called them every day and they tell me same story the warehouse got the product and we are still waiting. It’s been four months. I’m still waiting for my refund. Stay away.

Horrible!!!
Horrible!!!I cancelled my order within the cancellation window, received confirmation, and these incompetent people completely ignored me. They went silent, no response to emails, nothing, then shipped the package anyway. Classic bait and switch.This is fraudulent behavior. They take your money, ignore cancellation requests, and force you into a return process that they'll likely screw up too (based on other reviews).Their customer service is non-existent. They "play dead" exactly as others have described, ghosting customers until it's too late. This is not how a legitimate luxury brand operates.Save yourself the headache. Shop literally anywhere else. This company doesn't deserve your business."

Bad experience.
Unfortunately, I fell into the trap of your online store, 'Plein.com'. On November 21, 2023, I ordered a pair of men's boots in size 43, but I received a pair of women's sneakers in size 39. After countless attempts to contact the merchant, I finally managed to reach someone by phone and successfully returned the product.It is now February 5, 2026, and my money has still not been refunded to my account. I have initiated a chargeback (payment refusal) through my bank, and I am preparing to file formal complaints with both European and Swiss authorities.I will post this message everywhere Philipp Plein is advertised so that other potential buyers know what to expect after ordering from your website. Furthermore, I advise all future customers to read the reviews about your online store before making a purchase."

Philipp Plein has some of the worst and most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their email support is complete trash—emails sent to the contact address go unanswered. The phone number on their website barely works, and on the rare occasion someone actually picks up, the customer service agents are rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. This was my third time shopping with this brand, and it will absolutely be my last. I will never shop here again and I will make sure I do not recommend Philipp Plein
