I placed my order for plants on…

I placed my order for plants on 01/12/25, however I was disappointed when they delivered a dead plant. I tried to contact them regarding the issue to be resolved but they didn’t take any action either to refund me or replace the plant. I received the dead plant and they took my money. I had ordered three different plants, two were healthy and one completely dead. They don’t even deserve one star reviews because there is no zero. I wouldn’t recommend people to buy indoor plants from them.

Disappointing plants.😢

I got a Meyer lemon tree and a majesty palm in July 2025. I cared for them exactly as directed. They are both dead 3 months later.

We recently ordered 2 heart ferns from…

We recently ordered 2 heart ferns from Plants USA. We received them and one was in beautiful condition while the second was almost dead. We sent a picture to them immediately and they apologized and sent a replacement. The replacement was in worse condition than the first. From a service perspective, they did right by us, but if you’re looking for a plant that is actually alive, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Very nice orchids plant

The recipient of my orchids were very happy with them. Ordering was easy and an instant discount was available on the website. Delivery was delayed by one day but as far as I can see this was a UPS problem and not a Plants.com problem. They kept me informed about the delivery status. This is a good alternative to a florist order and less expensive. I would use this company again.

They blatantly scam you

They blatantly scam you. Ordered a bonsai tree for a mother whose daughter took her own life. Specifically selected a delivery date that did NOT have a surcharge. But, they charged me a delivery surcharge on top of the delivery fee. Had to email them to request a refund. Was told they would refund me and I would see the refund (PayPal) in 3-5 business days. Never got the refund. Emailed them again and was told it takes 60-90 business days to see the refund, which is BS. Asked for proof that the refund was issued, then was ignored. Had to open a dispute with PayPal. Also, the delivery was a day late and the tree was much smaller than described. I will NEVER use plants.com again. Please use a local florist. Pretty sure they charge you the surcharge and hope you don’t notice. Then give you the runaround.

Plant looked nothing like the website photo

I ordered a succulent as a gift for my mother, trusting the vibrant and colorful photo shown on the website. What arrived was a healthy plant, but it looked pale green and much less striking than expected. I understand that each plant is unique, but the difference between what was shown and what was delivered was too big to overlook, especially for a gift.

The company is an embarrassment

The company is an embarrassment. I ordered a gift for Mother's Day and paid extra for delivery on the Friday before. I get an email that says order shipped on the right date. I check the tracking number and FedEx says Monday. The rep said it was FedEx's fault, lol, but there was no indication of a delay. Plants.com is a bait and switch company.

Plants arrived too late and moldy

Plants arrived too late, but also moldy Caladium bulbs, all 5 of them. I demanded a refund, or a solution but they havent even got back to me.Edit; they finally did and told me I could get a refund, have yet to get it though.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! I read the reviews right after I placed my order and they wouldn't cancel it! The herbs came half dead and the plant wasn't much better! This company is a SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!
