The place was well filled up for the buffet meal staff was very friendly and hepful it was dor and andy on and they even did a pizza i asked for pepperoni n mushroom went above and beyond even explained whatvthe specials was This was at pizza hut castle bridge nottingham on the 24th feb Very good

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - THIS TIME
Placed an order last night for a single pizza. There was an offer for a free small pizza, but I wasn’t able add to my order. A second time I have had issues with the app.I placed the order and called the hut to explain the issue.The person I spoke to was unprofessional, he was not listening, I then realised he didn’t care which upset me. I asked to speak the Manager and he became very unhelpful. I asked for a refund as now I could not trust the two people I spoke to. Shame, Pizza Hut was a good co years ago.I do not expect these people to refund my card, I will have to chase this at some point.Last time I used Pizza Hut Hatfield they let me pick up two large pizzas with very little toppings... It was little eating soft uncooked bread.. I should have learnt by my mistake.

we ordered online with our account.
we ordered online. Ordering went great. The problem came when we arrived to pick up our order. what we had ordered was not what we received. In the past we have ordered the super supreme pizza. Its covered in green peppers, sausage, tomato sauce and pepperoni. The pizza i picked up was brown, burnt and tasted horrible. The second pizza was meat lovers and it was burnt as well.No comment from manager - Infact i paid for the pizza unseen and left thinking the quality was excellent as before.

Unable to deliver
They took my order, prepared and cooked it, then told me they had no drivers to deliver it. Shouldn’t they have checked that before confirming my order? I was then told I have to wait 72 hours before they decide whether or not to refund me! Horrendous customer service

Hello I’d like to give an excellent review to Sabrina that works at Pizza Hut in Newport Cardiff street. I wanted to order food online but somehow my favourite order that I always get wouldn’t work. I’ve made a call to Pizza Hut and I’m so lucky that Sabrina went above and beyond to help me. My order deal has been changed so she not only gave me the order that I like but she gave me more food and it was cheaper also. Truly what a caring hard worker Sabrina is. Thank you Sabrina.

Pizza Hut prices for a little Caesars quality pizza. Door dash driver was nice, it he stopped to pick up another order from another establishment before delivering mine. Usually not a big, but the overall order time was longer than expected and the pizzas were less than ideal, considering I gave the guy $20. Pizza was room temperature warm. Pizza Hut branch Wakefield Hurbury Road
I called the Pizza Hut branch directly and was clearly misled. I was told my pizza was already on the way, even though I had placed the order only minutes earlier and the estimated delivery time was 17:51. At 17:21, that simply was not believable. It sounds like staff were giving false information instead of being honest about the order status. Very misleading service and poor customer communication.
