Exceptional Customer Care
I have been using Piping Rock products for the past few years, and I am very satisfied with their product quality and service overall.In my last order, I didn't pay attention to the ingredients of the products. There was a product with an ingredient that is forbidden in my country of residence. So it was confiscated and destroyed by the authorities. However, the remaining items were later shipped to me.I contacted customer service, and Mr. Afroz patiently helped me out and issued a full refund of my order.I appreciate their professional service and exceptional customer care. Thank you!

One simple sentence "Don't waste your time"
If you have multiple accounts they'll cancel your order and the refund takes over a week! I did twice on different accounts and my funds now being held up! I have been with this company over 10 years without single incident and the reason they gave me totally unacceptable!

No issues
I regularly order some vitamins my doctor described me in Switzeland. I buy them on Pipingrock, because they are much cheaper (like 5 to 10 x).Delivery is a bit slow (2 weeks) but free. So nothing to complain about. Never had an issue

The company has literally taken 80% of the goods previously shipped to Australia away. They claim shipping restrictions to Australia but after checking customs, non of the items are actually restricted entry into Australia. One example is magnesium??? No longer available on their website for Australia. Very disappointed sounds like they're gone down hill.

If I could give a zero I would. Their gel caps suck - they are in different sizes some actually exploded in the bottle. Not only that I heard a sexual predator was a manger at one of the plants- fired then rehired. I don’t know how the bottle passed inspection. My experience was terrible!!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED I ORDERED SAGE 1600 I received HOLY BASIL and the order form has Sage can you make this make since. However, you cannot make this up.
