Great Service
I’ve ordered multiple times from Pillows.com and have always had amazing service and fast delivery times. I had an issue with an order due to an outside factor, and Dana from Pillows.com fixed it quickly and easily.

Great pillows

Still waiting to learn how to make my pillow perfect
I was really excited to finally have the perfect pillow after finding it every time I slept at a Hilton. I was impressed by how quickly it arrived and I like the values of the company. However, after sleeping on my pillow for multiple nights, I sent an email to customer service asking for advice. I have been fluffing it up every which way and by the middle of the night it is super compressed and leads to neck pain. I have not received a response to my email and I have since stashed this pillow. It was really hard for me to spend $100+ on something like this, but my husband reminded me that we sleep a lot in our lifetime and it's really important to get the best rest possible. I am still hopeful that I will someday.

WOW the customer service received by…
WOW the customer service received by rep was nasty - has nasty tone and does not do her job she mentions one price but bills you the next - does not send return labels so you can miss out on your 90 days exchange nasty company -
