Paid $5 to recover account. Now am being charged a monthly fee that I never agreed to. Misleading site. Don't trust!

Wanted to cancel service and called…
Wanted to cancel service and called soon after I was charged. Policy very unforgiving and they don't refund after 48 hours of charge (I was out of town). Be careful of using this service. Beware of having on ongoing subscription.

I have been getting emails from…
I have been getting emails from Photobucket telling me I have photos with them and that they will be deleted. That date passed and they extended it. Obviously I was curious and want to see what I have but in order to do so I have to pay $5 to see what photos I have.Not to download them or anything but just to view themThere is another choice and that is that I can delete the account as they provide a link at the bottom. Photobucket might have been something I used in the past but forgot about and I fully understand why they would want my data removed if not needed or why they would want to alert me that I have data and if I want to download it from their servers or keep them on there then I fully understand why I would need to payBut to charge me for just seeing what I have if not onSo for that Photobucket you get a 1 star review from me

I FEEL SCAMMED!
I have been storing photo with Photobucket for years and pay $7.99 monthly. I feel that they have intruded on my privacy by going into my personal computer and Facebook to post photos. never told them to do that. I wanted only the photos which I hand picked to store. In addition, it is very hard to find my photos and I cannot find many which I had stored and the photos are full size and hard to go through to find my buckets. I think they are intrusive and invasive and I have paid for many years for a service which is not private.

Great customer support! Fairly priced product.
Photobucket has responded quickly to any issues I am having with my host plan, including discussing what plan may serve me better. They are willing to engage in multiple conversations in order to straighten out a problem--this is rare in online businesses, who sometimes take days+ to get back to a customer. Their pricing for hosting is fair.

Wish it was easier to navigate through…
Wish it was easier to navigate through and allow me to save them to my camera roll in bulk. But it is nice to have someplace to store photos

Disappointment
I loved this site prior to recent changes.I am very disappointed that all of my photos, etc. were moved without any notice that I would have to join a second service to get access to them.Up to this point I was happy with the site although some changes made it a little harder I still though it was worth what I paid every year. For this reason, I didn't go below 3 stars.This occurred right AFTER I had paid for another year and was stunned when I logged in today to discover I didn't have anything in my bucket except for a few videos recently loaded.
