Today at the Castleton, Indianapolis location.
Today, I had a little mix up with my schedule and ended up at their Castleton, Indianapolis store a little ahead of time. But the groomer refused take in our lab a mere 30 minutes ahead of the previously scheduled full grooming service appointment time. And when I asked about the walk-in service, they refused to do it because they said the dog's hair is too long! And this was the store manager! Yellow labs do not have long hair! The whole interaction has left me feeling very unappreciated and very reluctant to go back to the place. I am sorry I can't choose zero stars

Why the low rating for great costumer service?
I don't get the low rating. I contacted Pet smart just under a week ago through their chat option. I was connected to an agent that exceeded my expectation. I unfortunately had some technical issues with the base of my smart spinner litterbox. After explaining that I've tried litterally everything I could find on their web page also the stuff the agent was asking me to do. There was only a short step to getting me a new one as I was in warranty. This was processed on a monday. And on the saturday the same week I recieved my new product! Great costumer service! Great actionplan! I will continue to recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase!

I took my pup today to get a hair cut…
I took my pup today to get a hair cut in Beaumont Texas. Well he I first walked in the groomer was extremely rude to me for no reason then took my pup who is shihtzu is three an half month placed a leash around his neck I said he not leash trained yet she jerked him. Then when I picked him up he was so scared and got him in the car he has a toe nail that was cut to short and his stomach had a mark on it. I will never take any not dogs there again they are rude and treat your dogs bad. Beaumont tx. Petsmart grooming

Golden Doodle with Opossum Haircut
My golden doodle had an appointment on 3/21/26 at 9:00am. I told the groomer exactly how I wanted the cut which was a #5, leave the tail bushy and a teddy bear face. He was returned to me looking like a rat. I have never seen something so humiliating. I've seen opossums that look better than his haircut. I usually take him to river oaks where they do an exceptional job. Petsmart count your days with this trash cut. You should be ashamed. I would rather you tell me that you don't know how to cut doodles than butcher him like he's a lab experiment. Absolutely ridiculous.

Torture
I have shopped there for my pets. Overpriced but can usually find what you need. I also shop in their dumpster for dog food when money runs out. I don't see why they cut the bags when the can help many causes. But the most disturbing is the inhumane of animal torture. Instead of proper euthanasia, they throw them alive on glue boards and toss them in the dumpster. It's horrible. I can only imagine how they would feel if that happened to them. I have saved some. You would think a Pet company would care about pets. Not this company.

Poor shipping
The problem I have is not the cat food nor litter. My issue is the shipping service they utilize namely ROADIE. Yesterday their deliveryman dumped four 35 lb bags in lobby on floor unbeknownst to me. People walked off with the bags. He was too lazy and negligent to take the elevator to my door. His incompetence caused the theft. I've contacted both PetSmart and ROADIE filing a complaint. Needless to say Ive cancelled my autoship account with PetSmart because of their shipper. Chewy uses FedEx. Them I trust

My dog is a 9yr old long haired GS
My dog is a 9yr old long haired GS . She is docile and people / dog friendly . It was suggested I not bring her back for services because “ she dosent want to stand up long enough “ to finish being brushed . I have an awful feeling she was afraid due to the treatment she was receiving , therefore was cowering . Hopeful I am wrong .i would not take any dog there if it was free. My bill was $145.00 !

The Petsmart in Apache Junction Az
The Petsmart in Apache Junction Az. Is overpriced on all there pet food and pet treats more than Walmart, Frys or Chewy by more than $2-3 dollars.They have expired products on the shelves and never update the sales tags on the shelves when expired.

My Yorkie
My Yorkie, Lexie had her Spring cut today with Danielle at the Millsboro store. Lexie looked so adorable afterwards compared to the raggedy look she arrived in today. I cannot thank Danielle enough for Lexie looking so cute. 😄
