This company is unethical
This company is unethical, sleazy, unprofessional and a scam. I ordered a labor poster from them after getting mail that it was needed for my small business (only myself working there), then got a call that I didn't need the poster but was required by law to have this other package, after reviewing what they emailed me, I realized I was lied to, emailed them and told them I did not need the product and wpuld not be purchasing, I then get a call a month later from a very rude woman saying I have to pay for it and my email does not count as cancellation. I brought up the 100 satisfaction guarantee on the website and again the fact I was lied to. She told me it doesn't matter and they would just send me to collections. I asked to get a call from someone higher up, she said they would, never got a call. When I would call I couldn't get through to anyone. Then a few months later I get another call from a different lady. This one was very nice and asked if I had proof of my email sent to cancel. I did and sent it to her. She said she would take care of it within a day and get back to me. I don't gear back from her, I give her a few days, email to follow up, nothing, then email again a week later, nothing. I can't get ahold of anyone there and now I just got a bill from collections. How is this even legal? I would never recommend this company, stay far far away.

They had been harassing me for months…
They had been harassing me for months attempting to collect info about my company, after I placed an order. They refused to send the laminated poster if I didn't answer to there questions. I just canceled the ordered, they didn't want to accept the cancelation, so I had to put an stop payment. Now they want to make me pay for a poster that I canceled and never received. They trying to get it through a collection company. Insane

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! THEY SENT US SIGNS WE DID NOT REQUEST OR ORDER. WHEN WE SENT 5 EMAILS TO SEND THEM BACK WE WERE ONLY MET WITH CALLS AND THREATS TO SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS. WE MAILED THE SIGNS BACK WITH TRACKING AND ADVISED THEM TO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN. EVERYTIME WE CALLED AND REQUESTED A SUPERVISOR WE WERE TOLD FLAT OUT NO.

They do not understand do not call…
They do not understand do not call again. They call every day sometimes more than once. We have gone with another company we no longer require your services. Plain and simple.

Constant Harrassment
Constant Harassment! We have been very clear for over 2 years - we will NOT do business with this company. They mailed out things we did NOT need or request and SAID they sent us other items we did not get. We paid the outrageous bill just to be done with them while notifying them we would NEVER do business with them again. They have been calling every couple weeks for the last 2 years!

receipt of the product was great
receipt of the product was great. i'm not so sure about the advertisement of the product sold, however. it seemed rather bait and switch to me. i saw a smaller amount quoted, but many days after the fact, a price was discussed at 10 times the original cost. we are a non-profit institution where every $ is counted on. the experience was rather surprising.

Employment posters can be downloaded for FREE
Bought one poster many years ago and then simply downloaded free workplace posters as my company slowly downsized. Now this Personnel Concepts is writing to one of my employees that opened their own solo LLC stating our company poster is obsolete and the "We Pay the Fine" reimbursement expired. BOLD letters stating SUSPENSION OF COVERAGE. At least their fee was only $26 versus $114 and $295 from other vendors. These posters can be downloaded for FREE!!!
