Delivery communication sucks

This is the second time I’ve had to fight just to get clear communication about a delivery. I will say, the actual products I’ve received from Wayfair and its affiliates have met expectations, but the delivery experience continues to be frustrating.Previously, I paid for full-service setup, had multiple scheduled appointments for assembly, and no one ever showed. I ended up assembling an entire multi-piece entertainment system myself.Now, with a large 106” kitchen hutch delivery, I was told the third-party carrier attempted to call me three times to schedule. No calls, no voicemails. If calls were made from a “potential spam” number without leaving a message or callback info, that does not count as communication.To make matters worse, the representative insisted I was wrong, became dismissive, and then disconnected the call while I was on hold for nothing. Because after I called back, the lady I spoke with said whoever you were on the phone with has already annotated the account, you didn’t need to be on hold. So he was just being that way to be that way because I was clearly frustrated-Don’t work customer service if you don’t want to solve problems on behalf of your company. At this point, it’s not the product-it’s the consistent lack of accountability and professionalism in the delivery process.

Extremely unhappy customer

My chest was delivered with one broken drawer. The parts to fix it are no longer available, so an entire new drawer is in transit. The delivery time has now been delayed TWICE, with no further communication for two days and counting.

Rug isn't made well

Rug isn't made well. Not bound at the edges. To make matters worse, the carpet was rolled but then folded in half for shipping and has numerous wrinkles that have yet to flatten out even after multiple vacuums. Would not purchase again.

Story to unfold..........delivery date reality issues

I ordered a neck pillow that was going to arrive around March 7th. That date was a lie. The item was not even prepared till the 11th or 12th. I then learn item would be delivered around the 13th or 14th. I am traveling from the 13-23rd. No one to pick up delivery. I called Perigold and told them they had to set delivery until after the 23rd. They agreed to the change. We will see what happens. I would not have ordered if I had a date that would interfere with my travels. Promise delivery dates to be more accurate. Email me again and I will let you know if item is delivered at a convenient date.

No issues with ordering or shipping

No issues with ordering or shipping. I received my table at the expected time.I was surprised at the gold edge of the table. I didn't notice it in the online picture. I would have preferred black as the edge color, matching the table legs.
