Satisfied
I tried this company for the first time. I was pleased to be able to get all the information I wanted on the pens without extra cost. I like how the pens write and the cost was not as expensive as others I'd been looking at. Also, they arrived quickly. I am totally satisfied so far with my purchase. Keep up the great work. I had no need to contact customer service, so I can't speak into that, but I will be making other purchases in the future, God willing

Great price
Great price, pens are nice. Quick turnaround time. Packaged well. We like the fact this is a veteran owned business. Only issue I have had is sometimes adding certain pens to my cart to personalize. I don't know if it's the website or what. That's the only reason I took off one star. Other than that, the two times I have ordered I have been very satisfied with the pens!

The customer service was excellent and…
The customer service was excellent and the person that I spoke to was very sweet. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because the logo design in crooked on the pen. :( These are pens that we let our customer's take to advertise our business, and so I was just hoping they would look more professional, so that I had somewhere I could re-order when needed.
