Penhaligon were able to resolve my request to refund money for a purchase I returned. It took almost three months for this to happen, but Justine C, the person at Penhaligon who researched the problem, was able to resolve it. I am grateful for her intervention to bring a good resolution to my request!

Went out for a drink in the area on Bank Holiday Sunday and decided to see what all the full was about after hearing so many positive reviews. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very professional and friendly lady. She demonstrated various different fragrances and also taught me a few things about aftershave and how to apply it correctly etc. I seem to have issues with longevity of aftershaves and apart from a select few I tend not to change from what I know. I left the store after spraying a tester with the plan on returning should the fragrance remain after a period of time. Which it did, even after washing I could still smell the Hanfeti. I returned to the shop and the lady was not present but another lady equally as professional an pleasant served me. My biggest bug bear is poor customer service and these two ladies showed me how customer service should be done. Exceptional. Going forward your aftershaves will be my preference.
