Amazing Cat Collars
What a great company- I ordered two collars with name tags for my two Maine Coon kittens and they look like royalty on them. The quality is excellent and customer service is amazing! Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for something special for your cats.

Perfect customer service

Lovely bracelet & outstanding customer support
I had a small delivery issue due to DHL, which initially caused some weeks of delays. However, what really stood out was how incredibly supportive and responsive the Pawsome Couture team was throughout the entire process.Jane, in particular, was always available, kind, and proactive, making sure everything was handled smoothly and keeping me updated every step of the way. Her effort and dedication truly made a difference and turned a frustrating situation into a very positive experience.The bracelet has now arrived, and I absolutely love it. It is very sweet and delicate — not too much at all — and feels like a small, special highlight on the wrist. Subtle, elegant, and beautifully made. Fantastic customer service
I have been a P.C. customer for years and love their products. As of recent, I ordered a pet calming bed as a gift for a friend’s cat. Upon receiving the item, I was sadly disappointed. The bed was not up to its usual standard; it arrived flattened and not puffy at all. When I sent a photo to Jane, she immediately said that it was not acceptable and arranged for an immediate replacement to be sent to me. She checked in with me and made sure the problem was taken care of. The replacement bed arrived in great shape…..fluffy, puffy and comfy. Thank you Jane for your impeccable customer service.

Amazing service
I bought 3 tiny paw necklaces (gold, silver and rose gold) to represent my beloved cats that recently passed away. The necklaces arrived in good time and are so dainty and beautiful. Jane was the loveliest person to communicate with and so helpful. This companies customer service is the best I've ever come across, and I couldn't recommend them enough.

When I got a faulty tracking button in my email, I reached out to Pawsome Couture requesting another one so I could track the package that was headed to a friend whose cat had died suddenly. I got a prompt and helpful response from Jane who went above and beyond to assure me that my package would arrive safely. Jane went as far as checking in with me every day, since I couldn't see anything about the status of my package until it reached the U.S. Jane was so thoughtful and thorough every step of the way. More companies could take cues from her stellar customer care.
