Bought a wig. It was junk. Hair was like fishing line, no curl and not what I ordered. Returned. Ordered another. Same issue. Then I get my first wig returned saying not in pristine condition, and can't be worn. I never wore it. It wouldn't even go on. The wig they returned isn't even the one I sent back. Such a scam. This is not the same Paula Young since it was sold. It's been bought by a scam company. My second wig came with a drinking straw tangled in it, the tag was not attached, wig was falling out of the box, was not wrapped up in the net and the tissue paper. I'll let my credit card company look into this scam. I'm a hairdresser, don't buy these

I am never ordering another thing from Paula Young not only are her and Jaclyn Smiths wigs of poor quality they look terrible on you they have snotty sales people who tru to push that load of crap on you after you order trying to get a return label is next to impossible and it's 45.oo to ship it back without the label witch only stays visible for 5 minutes then you can do it over and over again. Take it from me. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DUE BUSINESS WIRH THEM!

Horrible REFUND Paula Young, if you want a refund do not expect it for 5 or 6 weeks or longer. I purchased a topper on 2/8/2026 and they received my returned topper on 2/18/2026. I called for refund status on 3/4/2026. They did not have a status until I provided the return shipping tracking number then they said the return had not been processed, they would process it now, and the refund would be in 5 to 7 days. On 3/13/2026 I still do not have my return money, they said another 3 to 5 days. I will never do business with them again. HORRIBLE customer service.

I think I've been SCAMMED! Ordered 2 toppers over 1 month ago. Email said they shipped. Never received. Their customer service is only a recording about winning a medical device!

Several years ago I got a wig which has been great, but was too small. So I ordered two wigs in size large. The first on 1/19. When the first arrived I saw that it was a very different color and style then I ordered, so I canceled the second wig. I even got an email from PY that said the wig was cancelled. Then they sent me the wig anyway. It was just like the first wig. I wrote to the head of the company about this problem with no response. I dropped off 1 wig at UPS on 1/26/26 and the other on 1/29/26. I heard nothing from the company so I called today, 2/4/26, to get refunds on both wigs. They told me that it would take 10 days to determine that the wigs were not damaged before sending a refund. 10 days! On top of this they have a surcharge of $5.99 in case something happens in transit. I know of no other company that has such a surcharge. I hope that I get the refunds I am due.

I have worn paula young wigs for 20 years Adeline is my very favorite color 44 large so easy to style just shake it and comes in the Adeline style use soft grip and on very windy days stays perfect and even riding rides at theme parks a ok customer service never a problem usually here in 7 days sorry I can't be negative on paula young wigs

Ordered 2 things. A topper & a messy bun. The bun was ok..nothing great;but the topper has NO clips. I emailed them (with pics) & got mails back saying they would get back to within 12-24 hours. They never did. I’m stuck with a hairpiece that just sits on my head & if I move it falls off. I’m stuck with a useless product!

I paid for over night shipping, the item was in stock, then to my surprise it was sold out, they refuse to refund the money for over night shipping and no product but a cap coming and thats how they rectified the situation. Do not order from this sight.

I ordered a wig from this website and I called directly to customer service on November 12, 2025. I made it very clear to customer service. I needed it on Friday, November 14 since I was going on a cruise. I paid extra shipping almost $15 plus never received it call today and the lady I talked to of course is from the Philippines was totally clueless. Said that my wig will not be here till the 18th or 19 November so I asked her why did I pay for expedite shipping? This company are liars. They’re very unorganized and using people out of the country. Makes sense of why you have bad poor customer service being a professor of economics and finance. It’s a shame that how the United States utilizes out of country employees and this is the kind of crappy service that we get. I will never order from you guys again you just ruined my cruise not only that I’m going through chemo so now I’m gonna have to scramble around and pay about $400 for a wig today so I can take with me thank you Paula Young for a shitty service.

Bought a couple wigs for my mom since she wasn’t comfortable using her card online. Despite FOUR requests, I keep getting catalogs in the mail. They obviously don’t honor federal laws requiring them to honor requests to not use your info.
