Phenomenal customer care!
There have been a bunch of package thefts in my neighborhood. To counter that I put a note in Special Instructions, even so I was nervous the delivery driver would disregard the message like most others do. So I started a chat, got connected to Kelly and she took care of everything, ensuring my instructions would be followed. The issue was resolved in ten minutes max, from the time I opened the chat to when I closed it. This was a big worry for me, I was not looking forward to explaining it over and over again, wasting the entire afternoon getting the runaround, passed on and on to other people only to return to the first one. She is amazing, I wish everyone was that professional and helpful and kind. She understood my situation and I trust her, everything will work out as planned. She's a treasure, so whatever you pay her she deserves a raise and a bigger desk. Thanks!

PATIO HEAT AND SHADE FAR BETTTER COMPANY THAN patio living
I was all set to make a purchase from Patio Living. I was buying 2 patio umbrellas I saw positively reviewed on the New York Times. On their website, they offered a 10% discount on my first order if I provided my email and phone number. Always eager to save a buck I filled it out. I got 3 sales emails and 3 texts right away. When I went to check out and entered the discount code, it said it didn't apply to my purchase. Just very sneaky sales tactic. I asked to be removed from their lists and went to PATIO HEAT AND SHADE'S website, also dealers for the same umbrella. They had the same items, so I called them and told them of my experience at Patio Living and they offerred me a 15% discount! I bought both umbrellas from them. I hate those dirty tricks Patio Living uses. I unsubscribed from patio living's email list bust have since received 3 more emails. Shop at PATIO HEAT AND SHADE-- and call them, they're very friendly and offered the discount without my asking.
