54% 1-star ratings on here! It’s clear to me why. I placed an order which never arrived. Patagonia customer service advised the parcel had been lost and I would be refunded in ‘3 to 10 business days’. That period has elapsed and I am still waiting for a full refund, despite reaching out to customer service numerous times. They advised I only received a partial refund so far as ‘shipping cost is processed in a separate transaction’. Unbelievable. Will have to initiate a charge back via my Credit Card to recover my funds. Avoid Patagonia like the plague.

Ordered $600 worth of gear only to find…
Ordered $600 worth of gear only to find out 10 days later the order still hadn't shipped because of suspected fraud. When I reached out to find out what was happening, there was little to no remorse or care that the order was severely delayed and would now not make it in time for my trip (which I purchased the gear for). Customer support could care less.

couldnt get them to repair the failed zippers(why they use zippers that arent saltwater resistant is beyond me)they said the wading jacket was "de-lamming"(which i have seen none of....all i wanted was them to stand up to their warranty claims.looks like patagonia and simms warranties are not what they used to be.time for a brand change....

I have been buying Patagonia Products…but no longer
I have been buying Patagonia Products since the early 1980s. I have always been impressed with their customer service until now. Whenever I've purchased items from their Pacific Ironworks store in Ventura, CA I have been met with the corporate approach to returning merchandise. Only this one store mind you. It was admitted to me by one of their employees who confirmed that recently they've changed their liberal return policy to a more militant corporate approach. For Instance; I purchased online a pair of pants that was delivered to my home on a Wednesday. The following Sunday I tried the pair of pants on and drove to the store wearing the pants. They refused a return when I told them the pants were too short in many places. I had just bought another identical pair in their Pasadena store and these pants were shorter. The employee implored that since I was wearing the pants I could not return them. Por Favor, Patagonia...me thinks not. I will no longer patronize this corporate tycoon run business. REI, here I come.

Men's Full-Zip Work Hoody Sweatshirt - Pine Needle Green
It's very well made with a strong, durable zip and a hood with good coverage and side pockets with reasonable depth. The Hoody's material is a standout: the 15 per cent hemp mix creates breathability; the entire fabric feels lovely on the skin. The product is Patagonia's superior Hoody. The disappointment is the Pine Needle Green colorway has been retired in Australia; the Black and Marlowe Brown options are attractive but the Pine Needle Green is outstanding. Quick delivery when ordered online in Melbourne - two business days.

Terrible return policy - do not purchase online
We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience. We purchased multiple clothing items as Christmas gifts and decided to return just one item, which was never worn or even tried on, as it was intended to remain new for gifting.Despite this, Patagonia returned the item to us twice, claiming it had been worn, without providing any specific explanation or evidence. The product is in immaculate, unused condition.For a company of this size and reputation, this handling of a straightforward return is unacceptable. We expect transparency, clear communication, and fair treatment when following the return policy in good faith.
