The item I ordered showed in stock at the time of order. My order was processed and then was cancelled the next day with no explanation. I attempted calling customer service 3 times and each time I was on hold for 18 minutes. The automated attendant stated I was 27th in line with each seperate call. Once I reached the next call in line to be answered I was given a message that they were experiencing high call volumes and was disconnected. 3 times! I will not do business with Parts Geek again.

Parts were scratched and chipped. Parts came in late and left me in a spot that I needed to get the car back on the road. Customer service was no help, don't bother dealing with them.

So I ordered a part and put my address for it to be delivered to with my name on it and all my info. So why did they send it to door dash in California? Then you call and it says you like 40th in line everything you wait and then when your turn they hang up on you. This happened 4 times so i emailed them and they said I was out of luck and not there problem. I would not order from this place ever again I think its a scam of a company. Worst company I have ever bought a part from ill tell you that.

I had oil and fuel filters for Ford F250 6.0. It was a kit that came with the 3 filters. After installing the new oil filter one of the 2 fuels did not fit. It happened to be a bit longer that the OEM that was in there. Called customer service and basically they said cause I used one of the filters that the kit can’t be returned. I asked if they can just trade out the defective fuel filter for the correct size and I was told no. Make me understand how this is even possible on how an issue comes up with this kind of purchase.

I ordered and paid for a set of lug nuts for my car. It took almost 2 weeks to get the order and then there were 4 missing!!! When I called to ask them to send the remaining 4, they said "we are sorry but we only do refunds or exchanges" I reiterated that I did not get the complete set that I had paid for but they said they could not "disassemble another kit to make my order correct"! Amazing...they have my money and I don't have what they charged $46 for!! I will NEVER order from these idiots again and I will make sure to tell everyone that I know how awful this company is!!

Shady company. Don't waste your money on expedited processing. 72 hours later and my part is still sitting in a warehouse somewhere. If this is expedited service, I would hate to see what basic is

I am currently trying to receive a refund on parts that I returned. I purchased them through PayPal who said I have purchase protection. However, I found that to be a lie. I call partsgeek and they tell me to call PayPal and refuse to give me my money back. Do yourselves a favor do not order parts online pay a little more to get guaranteed parts through retailers like O'Reilly's. Their customer interaction is immediate and gives you piece of mind. Partsgeek is a terrible company period!

I ordered a kit for my brakes which should have included rotors,calipers, and brake pads. They decide to only give me the rear calipers and none for the front.After I paid 500$ in parts they still didn’t give my front calipers.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE CAUSE THEY WILL SCREW U OVER FIRST CHANCE THEY GET!

Cannot get somebody from customer service on the phone. Several times consecutively called, every single time I become the next person in line for a customer service rep and I get hung up on before a customer service rep answers the phone. The issue cannot be resolved through somebody in chat or their website. As far as I can tell their customer service is non-existent.
