Overpriced and Poorly Coordinated - Not Worth the Premium

We booked several experiences through Paris City Vision and, honestly, it was a mixed bag.They were very pricey for last-minute tickets - some shows and attractions were nearly 10x the normal price. We bought Moulin Rouge tickets (search - paris boat tour moulin rouge transport) that were supposed to include hotel drop-off (or at least drop-off near the hotel), but on the night of the show we were told that wasn’t possible. This was especially frustrating at 11pm when we had to sort out our own transport.The package also included a Seine River cruise, which turned out to be a low-cost, overcrowded experience - people packed in like sardines. Not quite the Parisian charm we expected.To make things worse, the Eiffel Tower (search: summit eiffel tower city tour), staff at the Eiffel Tower went on strike on the day we had tickets, and the company didn’t notify us in advance. We wasted a lot of time getting to the meeting point only to find out we needed to make new plans. There's no need for a guide at all as they only take you to the 2nd level and you can get the same info by scanning the QR code on the centre of the ground floor of the tower.Overall, their prices felt like a rip-off for what you get. To be fair, they aren’t responsible for strikes or how the shows themselves run, and their help desk was responsive when contacted. But given the cost and communication gaps, I’d rate the experience as average at best and wouldn’t book with them again.

Unethical

Racist tourist guide for the Giverny trip. They promised us a whole day trip. There were just the two of us for the whole day trip. All others went for a half day trip. They decided not to send the bus just for the two of us at the end of the trip.

The worst esperienze I have ever had. Bad organization, bad Customer care, bad problemSolving. Dont book anything with them, you just lost your money.After 5 days since reply, they do not contact me and send me any refund.
