This particular parcel went with UPS…
This particular parcel went with UPS and I cannot rate them high enough. Communication was prompt and helpful and delivery was swift and safe. The parcel arrived exactly when it was supposed to with absolutely no damage. However, 3 weeks ago I shipped 2 parcels with DHL, one to Lincoln and one to Kettering, both parcels were lost and yet DHL swore that they had been delivered, a blatant lie..one parcel actually arrived at its destination almost two weeks late and looked like it had been in a flood, soaking wet packaging , tape hanging off due to this..luckily the contents were unaffected. The second missing parcel is apparently on its way back to me now....we will see what condition its in if/when it arrives....DHL are terrible !!
