I will be canceling paramount plus due to the beast running CBS.
I will be canceling paramount plus due to star trek and Stephen Colbert. I do not care that star trek is woke or not. The CS that runs CBS is the last reason. Thanks for nothing CBS.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. AV system rubbish agents on the AV useless as per normal another service that is only interested in your money and nothing else. And if your reading this Paramount don't bother replying with a stupid contact details as you didn't answer your phone for 44 minutes

I had an issue with Paramount Plus…
I had an issue with Paramount Plus which still has not been resolved. A customer care assistant was selected for me using their system (Denis) I can honestly say that in my 50 plus years I have never been ignored by customer service. I could see that they had read my messages and at one point I was asked what they could do to help but then they just ignored again. Absolutely awful service which I will make sure I cancel right now. Hey, if you cant get the basic right just dont bother.

Unacceptable customer service
I signed up for the service a week ago and have not been able to sign in ever since I have made multiple attempts to fix this either by calling the customer service or through chat and all they keep telling me is the same procedure that has continually not worked. I have changed my password three times. I have made multiple attempts to get this working and the only thing I was told was somebody would get in touch with me which never happened. I would not recommend this service to anybody because if you cannot even get on your account to watch it, it’s not worth having.

Do not pay for a yearly subscription
I pay for a yearly subscription and expect to get ads but NOT five minutes into my show! Four add breaks of 90 seconds? And poorly timed! What a joke. I will be cancelling my subscription as soon as possible.
