Literally the worst company ever. You cannot get in touch with their customer service, they purposefully make it impossible to contact anyone. I received numerous emails saying my subscription was canceled which is what I wanted and then they send me an email saying I was charged for another year. You cannot email anyone or call anyone. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

I would give zero stars if I could but it forces me to select 1 star minimum. First the software never was able to run the PC software I was using correctly on my Mac using Parallels desktop. It automatically signed me up for a subscription renewal. I logged in and selected cancel subscription renewal button under manage Subscriptions. I thought I was done and logged out. Later my CC was charged anyway. When I complained through the support channel, they claimed they never had a cancellation on file. I logged in again and saw that my subscription was active. I selected Cancel again, that is when I realize that on the page where they beg you to renew with a 25% off page there is a tiny little link in the extremely small font that says "no I'd like to cancel". The subscription only cancels when you select that link. This is a very deceiving business practice, borderline sleazy. They now claim that they do not refund a subscription once it has renewed. I will not do business again with Parallels and I am informing my IT department to ensure we do not select Parallels as a PC Emulator for corporate licensing.

Seems like I'm not the only one!Attempted to cancel renewal on two separate occasions. No products appeared in my account. "Wizard" to "restore products" does nothing.Renewal came. I contacted customer service and received no sympathy, no recourse - just a list of reasons why they should keep my money.I'm not using your product, had no intention of using your product, and no way of opting out. You don't get to keep my money. It's that simple.

It's a really great product. Works really well. But I still get spammed, spammed, spammed by them. Bought a key once, used it for some time. No complaints there. I unchecked every option in my account to stop receiving mails from them. I don't need them. Despite this I still get A LOT of spam from them. I rarely would write a negative review, but there is no way to contact support directly. Just a useless knowledgebase and FAQ. I tried to block them, everytime drag the mails to my spam folder, but somehow they always manage to get past them. If you don't mind getting flooded with spam mails form a product you ALREADY BOUGHT, go ahead, it's actually good software. It's just a really annoying company with very poor ways to communicate with them.

Honestly, Parallels’ billing practices completely killed any goodwill I had toward this company.I was charged **around $130 for an annual renewal I didn’t realize I had**, after not using the software for months. There was **no clear reminder or heads-up** that the renewal was coming — just a charge out of the blue.When I contacted support immediately and explained that I wasn’t using the product and didn’t knowingly agree to an annual renewal, they **refused to refund me, no matter what**. No grace period, no flexibility, no attempt to be reasonable. Just scripted responses and a hard “no.”This feels less like an honest mistake and more like a **deliberate business model built around auto-renewal traps and refund resistance**. A company that was confident in its product wouldn’t need to rely on this kind of behavior.The software itself might be fine, but the way they treat customers is not. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank, and I will never do business with Parallels again.If you’re considering Parallels: **be extremely careful**. Cancel well in advance or avoid it entirely — because once they charge you, they’re not interested in fairness.

Dear Prallels team, I will try to reach you here as your support is probably the worst I have ever experienced. I understand, that it is probably difficult to handle all the online traffic but this is something I have never seen before. I am in touch with someone called Bipasha Ghosh regarding refund. The refund was accepted as I was charged for a yearly subscription after cancelling via email. This person is probably worst than an AI BOT as he/she keeps replying the same automated answers. I have informed her/him that my card the refund should go back to was canceled but it feels like talking to a brick wall. If there is someone who could get in touch with me and sort it out, I would be very glad. It is a shame that such a wonderful product is given such a trash support team. I have very much enjoyed using it the last year and I would like to support you but as I said, this is probably the worst experience I ever had with support. Anyone thinking about parallels should probably look for alternatives until this gets sorted out. Seeing the feedback here, I am not alone and your support team should really be restructured.

Worst support ever (basically no answer). They took money from my customers credit card even after ending autorenoval (no products are shown in her account). They never answer or followed up any tocket. Even the company cleverbridge which manages their billings in switzerland ever answered! NEVER EVER AGAIN! This is pure fraude!

Terrible company, They make it very hard to cancel your subscription from the website. You have to dig for your initial Sign up email that was from 1 year ago.They also have a "30 day Money back gauruntee" That doesn't apply to a refund.They auto sign you up for renewal even if you just want to try it for a year, then refuse to give you your $120 back even if you cancel the same day that it is charged. this company is a scam.
