Great boots for hiking!

Product inaccurately described.
The description states they are a wide fit which is the only reason that I bought them . When I received them the box says they are a medium. when I put them on, they are way too tight. I called and spoke to someone who told me the company doesn't even make any shoes in a wide. I'm confused as to why they would stay they are wide when, in fact, they are medium. Now I have shoes that are way too tight and I can't wear them. I don't own a printer.So I can't print a return label and my work schedule doesn't allow for me to get to somewhere within the allotted amount of time per the return policy to return them.
