Failure to issue refund
I ordered a bike for my daughters birthday. The wrong bike was delivered so I notified Oxygen Boutique and they apologised for the error and arranged for it to be collected and advised a refund would be issued. The bike was collected quickly and they acknowledged receipt but no refund has been issued and they are now ignoring emails.

Untrustworthy company
I ordered Cryo tools 6 months ago and never received my order. After calling the customs I was told that the address was wrong (in order confirmation the address was correct) and I didn't have to pay any taxes, so they sent it back to the country of origin. The company started blaming me of not paying the taxes which was not true according to the custom officer. After a few weeks they told me to pay 30 euros more for another shipment which I refused to do as I was afraid to lose even more money. I asked for a refund but they stopped answering my mails. The beauty society should be aware of how they treat their clients. I have already written to some important beauty makeup artists such as Lisa Eldridge (who answered showing appreciation for the information). I see that some people want to contact the ombudsman. I will be glad to join!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!If I could score this shocking “company” aminus I would!!They are an absolute disgrace!They sent me the wrong item and they will not let me send it back nor issue a refund to me! They have been ignoring my emails! I have now said that I will be contacting the ombudsman! They replied to that only saying please see our terms on the website!!I will NEVER use this company ever again!! I will not stop until I get a refund either!! WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD DO NOT USE

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM
THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I placed an order for Elvies on 25th February and had $787 AUD deducted from my credit card. It stated 5-7 days international shipping. Now 22nd April, no product received and despite approximately 7 emails and enquiries through their website I have NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! There is no phone number or alternative means to contact this dodgy company.EDIT of my review to add that they interestingly after 8 weeks of no correspondence, Oxygen Boutique managed to contact me via email within 2 hours of my review - not to ask how to correct the problem or apologise, but to threaten legal action for my review if I don't remove it. They denied ever receiving my emails. So I obviously sent a screen shot of my emails with date stamps. Surprise surprise, no response. They will do anything to deny responsibility, and will make no attempt to provide appropriate customer service, accept any fault, or resolve any issues. I fortunately paid for the goods on my American Express credit card so I was able to dispute the charge and receive the money back.

Abusive, threatening - horrific experience
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They sent two products that didn't work, I asked for a refund and was denied at which point they started abusing me, threatened to call the police, my work and are now threatening legal action - for a £25 lamp. It's been a horrible and stressful experience, this company should be avoided at all costs.

SCAM!! Missing order with Oxygen Boutique
I placed an order with Oxygen Boutique, and it never arrived. I’ve emailed multiple times, but they are completely unresponsive. To make things worse, they don’t provide a phone number, so there’s no way to reach them. This feels like a scam—avoid at all costs!They have now blocked me on their Instagram profile because I added messages on there to provoke a response from our missing order and refund which I would have been happy to take down after the refund was issued. This is such a scam.
