I ordered an display unit. Horrible customer service
I ordered an display unit. Boxes came .I paid Angie to assemble. After putting it together the pieces didn't match. Call customer service that was horrible I couldn't understand them them could understand me this went on for weeks. Finally thought I had issue resolved had me waiting for product. It never showed. So now im stuck with an incomplete item and a piece I don't want. 1 year later im still dealing with these people for a bill I refuse to pay because I didn't get my product. Im very dissatisfied and unhappy

Issue receiving item - customer service not helpful
I placed an order a couple weeks ago and my order originally indicated it would arrive on 3/12. I contacted customer service on 3/11 becausr there was no movement on my order. They told me not to worry and I would receive a shipping confirmation via email that day. Now i know the representative just told me that to get me off the phone because as expected, I never received the confirmation email that day. sI contacted customer service again the next day. I was told she's not sure what's going on because they were showing there are 60 items in stock (I was concerned because my last order through Overstock sat for 3 weeks without moving and eventually they canceled it because they didnt have the item). I received an email on 3/14 stating my email shipped on March 12th with an estimated arrival date of 3/16. On 3/16, per the UPS website, the label was created but not even shipped yet, they havent received the item.

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Customer service is terrible. I wish I knew then what I know now. I didn't even think to look at reviews before ordering from them. If you are reading this now, you have been warned.

Overstock now owns Bed Bath and Beyond - Both have about one star.
Overstock now owns Bed Bath and Beyond. Check out their reviews. They match. About as close as one star as possible (because there are no zero stars possible.) Believe the reviews. Save yourself aggravation. Hopefully they'll be in the dustbin of ecommerce history soon.

Do not recommend Overstock - They send damaged items.
Ordered a brand new Tiffany Lamp and paid a lot of money for it only for it to arrive with the base scraped up. Overstock refused to replace the base (even though they have plenty of them...I wasn't even picky about which one) offered just $20. Ridiculous. In the end, I settled for $40...but I still have a damaged lamp base. Overstock had plenty of bases to swap out, but the company refused. I will NEVER order from Overstock/Bed Bath & Beyond (same company) again. Very disappointed.

Double billing for shipping
Ordered two items from Overstock.com at total price of $99.34. Returned items and was told that they had to be in separate packaging ($10 each shipping cost) for return. I received a credit, after $20 shipping deduction, of $79.30 for returned items. I am not understanding how you deduct $20.04 for shipping and refund me $79.30, then bill me for the $20.04 you deducted from my return. Will never order from Overstock.com again.

Overstock is a website that charges…for returns
Overstock is a website that charges exorbitant fees for returns. They charged me $32 and some cents for two pillowcases. I'll never buy anything from them again. They're scammers, and on top of that, the product is poor quality.

Don't waste your money ordering from…
Don't waste your money ordering from this website . Spent 1000$ on a tv stand and it's been about a month of waiting for it and I have been trying to cancel and get my money back for like two weeks and no one will do anything . They keep telling me they are putting the request in and nothing changes on the order status

Product not as advertised
Do not take the risk to order from this company. I returned a rug because material was not as advertised and they docked $32 off my refund.This company owned by bed bath and beyond operates a scam.Do not but anything from both Overstock or Bed Bath Beyond
