Quick deployment
Quick deployment was, for whatever reason, instead of making one package, they sent a few of them separately, which could cause some issues if you think it's one package and another arrives a few hours later.

Poor customer service and charging issues – forced to pay return costs after cancellation
I recently ordered an ASUS ROG Cetra True Wireless headset from Overclockers UK and paid via PayPal. My PayPal account was still linked to an old delivery address, so when I tried to update the address on the Overclockers site, it triggered a PayPal popup.After updating the address in PayPal, the site charged me for the order, but the delivery address on Overclockers still hadn’t updated. I attempted the process two more times, and on the third attempt I received a “payment rejected due to insufficient funds” message. That’s when I discovered I had been charged twice for the same order.I immediately requested a refund both through Overclockers’ website and directly via PayPal at around 6am on Saturday morning. I only received a response on Monday, by which time they had already shipped the order. Their reply was essentially: “Sorry, it shipped before we could process your ticket. You can return it within our 14-day unwanted goods period (at your own cost) or reject the delivery.”I had tried to cancel the order before it shipped, but because my cancellation request wasn’t handled in time over the weekend, I’m now forced to pay return shipping costs for an item I never wanted to receive in the first place due to the payment/address glitch on their website.This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The website’s address/payment flow clearly has issues, and their customer service response felt dismissive — basically telling me it’s my problem now that the item has shipped. I expected better from a well-known UK retailer like Overclockers.The only thing they overclocked was my bank account.I would not recommend purchasing from them if you need to make any changes to your order, especially over a weekend.
