Costly mistake
They put a hold on my card and then changed the ticket price overnight to be $200 more than the airline site. When I opted for cancellation in the 24 hr window as a result of their retroactive increase, they left the hold on my card until after the airline price had increased as well.

SCAM!
SCAM!! DO NOT USE. They will take your money and NOT have the flights they sold you! We Bought 5 international business tickets sending nearly $30k. Transaction processed, and hours later told we had to pay a HIGHER price with different cities of departure. Avoid! I thought since they were part of Skyscanner, they were vetted - they are not! Use a reputable site. When you call, they will transfer you and hang up the phone. Absolute scam. Now I need to work with my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid.

NO STARS Online booking easy; Dealing with Ovago impossible
NO STARSI used Ovago to purchase a RT flight Newark-Japan. It was simple to do the on-line booking. It was impossible to deal with Ovago. Only use this site if you have an ocean of patience and many hours to devote to sitting on hold REPEATEDLY. It was spring break time and I don't mind holding (over an hour even) but when I finally got through I was put on hold repeatedly (think 10-15 minutes each time) after I gave the agent my FF#; on HOLD (15 minutes) for known traveler #; ON HOLD (15 minutes) ON HOLD for passport #. WHY? These were long holds and I got the impression she was juggling multiple calls. When you finally get through and it's "your turn" they should give you the attention you deserve. When she put me on hold for seat assignments I gave up, hung up and called UA and ANA direct in less time than it took me to even get through to Ovago. I don't recall ever leaving a 1 star review.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK DIRECT WITH THE AIRLINES!!

Terrible company, don't book with them. They delay your booking and by the time they book it, price always increases.

Brant is a legend
Brant was fantastic. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He checked multiple avenues for a solution for me and eventually found a solution that was perfect. He even went above and beyond by contacting each member of my group personally. He walked me through the booking process and made sure I understood everything. By the end of our chat I felt I was talking to a friend. In a world where bad customer service has become the norm Brant went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you Brant!
