Amazing customer service and products!!
The watch I got my bf was a part of the military collection and my Marine was so happy about the gift, he proposed!! We love the watch and are getting him a wedding band. The customer service is amazing! It’s a lost art these days so I’m getting everything I can from these guys. Original Grain is an awesome company and products!

Top notch!
I ordered a watch and it arrived defective. I contacted the company and realized that it was beyond the return date by two days. Regardless, they quickly responded, offered to replace it and told me to keep the watch I had and there was no need to return it. Impressive service. Thank you so much for taking care of my needs and making it right with a new watch. The process was swift and effortless and the customer derive top notch!

Great Watch, even better customer service
First of all, absolutely love this watch. It's gorgeous and well made. It's the only watch I've ever gotten unsolicited comments about. I don't wear it very often but the last time I did, I noticed that one of the hands on the little dial had broken loose and was blocking the movement. I contacted Original Grain about it, sent them pictures and they shipped me out a new watch. 5 days later it was delivered. All things can have issues, but it's how a company responds. Can't say enough about how happy I am!

I am usually very cautious of buying anything online, but original grain and their representatives were very professional and kept in constant communication with me when I had questions. The watch is beautiful and I could not be happier. IF a potential problem does arise with the watch, I feel more than confident that Original Grain will step up to ensure my needs are met. Love my Taylor guitar Original Grain watch!
I am a guitar player and my wife purchased the Taylor Original Grain watch for me as a present. I am a watch collector and this Original Grain gets the most positive comments of any of my watches. I love it!! I did have a small problem with the watch, which the company quickly remedied for me - very responsive! I will definitely recommend Original Grain to friends!

Very poor customer service
First a promotion of 50.00 off orders of 500 was offered but was not processed with my order, even after I requested it, some AI chat box kept stating it had no promo codes available at this time and I keep getting refered to by someone else's name and not by my name under whick the order was made. The product did come in a timely manner and looks nice enough. But when you can't refer to your custome by their name but someone else's because you are using AI instead of people to conduct your customer service you are not going to go very far with your company. And to offer a promotion and then not give it will also eventually end your company.
