Totally reprehensible company! Despite emailing them more than 2 weeks ago about several fair websites impersonating theirs and scamming people (I lost over $80) they have done nothing to take down the fake websites despite assuring me it was a top priority. It took me less than 30 minutes to search for, contact the host and have the fake website that I lost money to taken down. My last email to Optimum Nutrition went over a week ago was left unanswered and my next step will be to contact the press to see if there interested to take up the story as clearly ON clearly don't consider it their Duty of Care to take action when their customers lose money to fake websites!

I ordered on Amazon and the protein tub came with no seal. When I removed the lid the seal was already lose. Not safe for consumption. Give me my refund please

I ordered jan 14th it was confirmed that day and you got my money jan 15th and I still have no protein powder I ordered the 1.5pound I always order from this company until now you got my money and I have me nothing and I called today since it had been 7 days no tracking it keeps saying confirmed for 7 days I talked to a women as she was totally rude and not trained how treat people I loved this protein swore by it no longer will I be a customer I asked for some proof it had shipped she said It is out of my hands ups has it I said no they do not I have no nothing saying they have it and I have ups my choice they show things that shipped without tracking and there is nothing there so she lied they jave myoney and she was rude now we are going on 8 days no protein powder I always order every month past 2 years and it has very much interfered with my training and workouts I rely on my protein daily how could I when your company is terrible to customers and gives no shipping no reassurance that you will take care of it she did nothing I will be going elsewhere I hate to I do not have. A choice this is wrong and that lady told me there was nothing she could to was wrong to you are responsible for the package until it reaches the customer safely you are responsible for it I am very disappointed are these people trained to not help us why be so unhelpful and rude I cannot have protein company mess with my workout and training I cannot believe they are trying to resolve this unbelievable it is stressing me soo bad Update ..,, Now it is the 8btg day and I got a response from them yesterday they gave me my shipping and apologized and said they would have it overnightes which I was seriously hoping it would be I really need it and we are getting a really terrible snow storm this weekend might not be able to get shipments delivered until next week sometime I was really hoping they would do this for me since I did pay for the protein powder on the 14th and really overnighting is should be the least they could do for em since it has been 9 days it still says confirmed..,, anyways I did not get it yet and the status has still not changed yet either I do not kniw what to say i want proof of the overnighting and proof that anything has changed it seems that I got an empty promise I got my shipping back they still have my money for the protineni do not know I am seriously disappointed.

I contacted Optimum Nutrition customer care to correct my shipping address—a simple request that should have taken minutes. Instead, I was met with extremely rude behavior from the representative. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and repeatedly hung up on me while I was trying to explain the issue.This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a well-known brand. Customers shouldn’t be treated with disrespect for asking for basic assistance. Very disappointing experience, and it has completely changed how I view this company.

Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars! Horrible experience. I've never written bad comments, but I've never encountered such a disgusting attitude towards customers. They took my money and didn't even respond. 2 weeks waiting for a package!!I paid for the order, but nothing was delivered. The delivery person never showed up, and the order was sent back. After that, I was told that a new package had already been shipped, which was not true. I never received a tracking number.Communication with the company was terrible and eventually stopped completely. In the end, I had to contact my bank to get a refund.It was stressful, time-consuming, and frustrating. I'm shocked that such a company treats its customers so poorly.

Ordered on a deal from meta advert, paid up and expected it wothin 10 day period. Advertise it as UK high grade product but when I checked Shop UK app its keeps tracking from China! Still dont have my product tried to email them but no response. Terrible experience and a scam! Dont trust !!

This website is no longer trustworthy after their November update. They don’t ship products anymore! I ordered six items 29 days ago and haven’t received anything. On the Shop app, my order keeps switching between “in transit” and “preparing for shipment.” I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but they never respond.

Order ON261191I ordered a few products this month of Nov 2025. One of the products was a box containing 12 protein bars. Instead they sent me only one single protein bar. I contacted them to complain and they arranged the new shipment. However, the new shipment contained again just one single bar instead of the box containing 12 bars. I contacted them again to inform about this error on 21st of November, they never replied. I contacted them again on the 26th of November, no reply so far again. Overall, not happy with the service at all.
