From the start, the experience of the interaction with the service department has been great. The ease of being able to start an inquiry from the desktop computer and transition to a mobile device to create a video explaining the request or issues you may be experiencing with your oven was first class.The follow up emails and interactions were timely and very pleasant. The staff was over accommodating and so willing to help!I had a broken handle on a fuel Hatch. I was inquiring about purchasing a part. They graciously are sending me a new fuel Hatch free of charge. I did explain in my video that it was my fault that something fell and broke the handle. But that didn’t matter. They offered a new Hatch free of charge.Very pleasantly surprised at what great service I received!I would’ve gladly paid for the hatch regardless. Very nice change to have friendly conversation with a customer service representative.Oh! The most important part their products are great! I highly recommend Ooni and their products!

I recently bought a secondhand Ooni Koda 16, and while I was cleaning it, the pizza stone accidentally slid out and broke into several pieces. I was honestly pretty embarrassed and disappointed—I had just driven two hours to pick up what was a perfectly working oven.When I got home, I decided to reach out to Ooni to see if they might offer a coupon code so I could purchase a replacement stone from their website. I was planning to buy one from them anyway since I had already invested in their product.At first, the online AI support couldn’t resolve my question, so I was connected to a member of the Ooni Experience Team, Meeky. To my surprise, they quickly offered to send me a replacement stone completely free of charge. I had only been hoping for a discount, so I was genuinely shocked by how eager they were to help.I’m incredibly grateful and impressed by this level of customer service. It goes beyond just replacing the stone—it’s that “help first” attitude that really stands out and feels rare these days. I’m excited to keep using their products and will absolutely recommend them to others.

Got a Volt 2 and have used it repeatedly great product and pizza . I had an issue with the stone cracking. Their customer service is amazing and responded immediately and are sending a new stone

Unfortunately my Karu 12 developed a fault within 2 years of receiving as a gift. Fiona at Ooni sent me a replacement oven after requiring just a little information. Very good customer service.

Firstly, I've had my ooni for over 7 years now and it is still an amazing oven. Recently I did need a replacement part and the customer service was incredible. So helpful, and they found the part despite it being for an older model. I can't recommend Ooni enough.

I've had the Kuru 12 since 2021. Contacted support as a few parts had started to come to the end of their life and i wanted to buy replacements. I didn't realise that they offered a 5 year warranty and even though i was fractionally beyond this window CS offered to replace the parts at no charge. The replacements were far superior to their original version, the new fire basket is a huge upgrade. Really pleased with the Ooni oven anyway which gets a lot of use, but the customer service is as good as their products.

Replacement part required and despite having no problem paying for it, Ooni staff were great in checking warranties etc and sent out the part at no charge in a timely fashion. Great service.

I ordered an Ooni Koda 2 Pro, but unfortunately the product I received was far below the standard I expected from a premium brand.First, the stone baking boards inside did not fit properly and would not sit flat. In addition, one of the support legs was bent and did not open correctly. These are basic quality issues that should have been identified before the product was shipped.To make matters worse, the packaging stated that the gas hose and regulator were included, but both items were missing from the box. This caused even more inconvenience and frustration.For a product costing €740, this level of quality control is simply not acceptable. When customers pay this kind of price, they expect a product to arrive complete, properly assembled, and ready to use.Very disappointed with the lack of proper inspection before shipping. Ooni should seriously improve its quality control process.
