Excellent customer service

Item not as advertised, horrible customer service

Item not as advertised — and they won't make it rightI ordered the Linden Scalloped Rattan Wall Mirror based on product photos showing a fully woven rattan frame. What arrived has a cheap exposed metal border with minimal rattan — it looks completely different from the listing.I contacted customer service the same day it was delivered and submitted photos as requested. After a week of "checking with the vendor," they classified it as a "Customer Preference Return" — meaning I'd be hit with a 15% restocking fee and lose the shipping cost. This isn't a preference issue. The product simply doesn't match what they're selling online.I requested a review of the decision. They upheld it. No explanation, no accountability, just a copy-paste response saying it "meets product standards."If a metal-framed mirror meets the standard for a product called a "Rattan Wall Mirror," those standards are meaningless. I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company.Don't shop here unless you're fine with receiving something that doesn't match the photos and being penalized for returning it.

My sister accidently duplicated items…

My sister accidently duplicated items on an order she placed. She has been sick with Cancer, and in and out of the hospital. I flew out from Atlanta to California to help her. I called the service dept to see if we could return the items (we were 4 days outside the 30 day return policy.)They refused to return the items. They have no compassion or understanding for their customers.My sister and I will not shop here in the future.

You can’t shop here with confidence

You can’t shop here with confidence, because you have to pay a restocking fee that is 15% of your purchase. This applies even if it is within the 30-day return policy. Beware.

Good stuff but hard to get..

Good stuff but hard to get. Ordered from them 4 times, always very slow and 2 of 4 the items were wrong. Like they just pack up and send whatever, not even close. First time they replaced but you have to deal with that, over and over sadly.

All agents were helpful, phone service was great

They answered the phone right away. The agents, all of them, were extremely helpful. They understood my problem and resolved it. it was a very easy experience!
