I am a travel agent and booked a bus ticket through Omio for my clients who were on their honeymoon. The bus operator left them stranded at the bus station for 90 minutes with absolutely zero communication or intimation about the delay. No SMS, no email, no announcement — nothing. Imagine being on your honeymoon and standing at a bus station not knowing what is happening.Because of this failure they had to arrange last minute alternative transport to the airport, which cost them extra money, and they nearly missed their flight. The entire honeymoon mood was ruined because of this pathetic service.When I contacted Omio support for a compensation of 750.34 USD (which includes the bus ticket, additional flight costs and transfer charges), their chat support just kept repeating that the ticket is non-refundable. They couldn’t escalate, couldn’t provide a complaints email, couldn’t even acknowledge my claim in writing. Totally useless.Booking ID - OD-21590448. I have the full chat transcript saved.Omio happily takes your money but when their partner operators fail completely, they wash their hands off it. Will be filing a formal chargeback and regulatory complaint now. Would never recommend Omio to any of my clients again.

I sat on online chat for 2½ hours today to get a message saying I've exited the chat 5x I didn't I kept messaging every 5 mins to say I was still there after the 5th time being disconnected by yourself I had to cancel my ticket due to my child ending up in hospital I've had nothing but trouble with this app. I do not recommend this to anyone. Just want my refund back

e-mail contact was flawless, but the web site didn't work well. Could not access my booking. Live chat didin't work.
