First experience with the Virginia…
First experience with the Virginia Beach store and went through the easy online booking. Arrived early and was welcomed by Joe who began the process. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. The team of Reggie and Alex took over and within 20 minutes I had a new tire at a great price! I found my new place for all my tire needs. Great job NTB Independence Blvd in Virginia Beach!

5 stars, fantastic service. Particular callout to Trav, the NTB rep who greeted me and handled my request.Had a rough morning. 1 car in the shop for repairs and only remaining car had a huge bolt in the front left tire. Needed the car today. Showed up with no appointment at the Cockesville, MD NTB location just a few minutes after they opened. When I entered, Trav was on the phone with an irate customer. He remained calm and professional through that entire conversation with myself and another customer waiting patiently in the lobby. As soon as the call was resolved Trav immediately took care of the first waiting customer. When it was my turn Trav assured me that they would be able to look at my car quickly even though I had no appointment. True to their word, my car was almost immediately pulled into the garage and I was on my way with a patched tire repair in just about 1 hour.HUGE thanks to Trav for his prefessionalism and high-quality customer service. And thanks to the NTB team in general for the quick turnaround on my emergency request!

Booked appointment to mount
Booked appointment to mount 37X12.50X20, get to the store 30min later for drop off to be told by the store, we don't mount 37s. We only mount 35s, yet took an appointment to mount 37s. TERRIBLE Customer Service

Went in to get air in my tires
Went in to get air in my tires. Not only did they take care of that, they discovered a nail in one of the tires and repaired it right away. Excellent customer service!

THANK YOU, NTB!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the BEST service I have had with kind, knowledgeable and hardworking staff @4600 Kirkwood Highway in Delaware. I got a flat tire on my new RAV4 and when the actual Toyota dealer told me to come back in a couple days because they had no matches, Justin took me that day and had me back on the road quickly! You have gained a new customer and I am grateful!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

NTB at George Bush and Old Denton
I wanted to write a review for NTB in Carrollton at George Bush and Trinity Mills. I had a blown tire and needed to have it replace. It was not in stock and had to be ordered. I checked on its status and they checked and I was told it had not arrived in morning load. Just a few minutes later I got a call telling me their truck had come in and the tire had come in. I really appreciate the proactive move on calling me. I was able to go in and get my tire replaced in a relative short time.I worked with Fernando. Who was friendly and courteous, but most of all very helpful. He helped me with tire and getting the price adjusted because I had hazard insurance on my tires. I had worked with him in the past and he was very helpful then too. I think you should always get the insurance. It's too easy to loose a tire on the roads especially with all the road work going on.Again, I appreciate the help and courtesy that I receive at NTB.
