ok VPN But a Misleading and Pushy Interface
The VPN service itself works well and does exactly what I need it to do. I have no complaints about its performance. My issue is with the interface on both the app and the website. It feels intentionally confusing, almost designed to make users think they’re not fully protected unless they purchase additional add‑on services.I understand the desire to grow the business, but the constant prompts and the misleading presentation create frustration rather than trust. Instead of encouraging me to upgrade, it has the opposite effect: it makes me less likely to recommend the product because the experience feels pushy and unnecessarily deceptive.To be completely honest, if I hadn’t already been locked into another multi‑year subscription — without the option to simply renew for the one year I actually wanted — I would not have renewed at all for this reason.

Problems were my own technically unsavy issues.
The problems I encountered were likely my own as I opted to purchase the program over the weekend and I was not feeling well on top of everything else. The problematic issues I was having was not knowing where I needed to enter the key that was given for the MFA set up. Once I found this important connection I was good to go! Thank you again for your patience.

Well, I did not have a great experience on live chat. I had a very good experience with emailing questions to Nord support. The agent I communicated with on email did excellent service and resolved a application problem I was having.

Help with changing email
I contacted NordVPN because I wanted to change my existing email address. Google (Gmail) locked me out of my account, and I no longer have access to it. The NordVPN team took less than an hour to help me; they replied really quickly and were very easy to understand. Everything is sorted now. THAT is truly great and useful service. "10/10."
