3/28/28 was shopping in store and was told as I was shopping on other store website (Saks/Bloomingdale’s/Neiman Marcus sites and was informed Friends & Family 25% competitor would’ve applied to shopping but at checkout it was not resolved or two days past shopping day….spent $9,500 if not resolved all items will be returned immediately.

I received my sweater which is beautiful. However the package was fully open but the sweater was still in its closed plastic bag. So no harm done. Nordstrom always has speedy service which I appreciate

THIS COMPANY SHOULD CLOSE ALL STORES FOR GOOD WITH THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE. I WAS GIFTED TWO DIGITAL GIFT CARDS AND EVER TIME I PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY THEY CANCEL IT WITHIN MINUTES. IF I PLACE TO PICK UP IN STORE THEY ARE FINE. WHAT THE H--- AND IF YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GET WE DON'T KNOW WHY WE HAVE TO ESCALATE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND THESE ARE NOT SMALL AMOUNTS ON BOTH GIFT CARDS. NOW I DON'T WANT TO BUY ANYTHING.

Buyers beware! Nordstrom does not indemnify the purchaser for lost or stolen items delivered to your home up to $3k. I recommend you shop elsewhere or tou will be liable for any delivery issue.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nordstrom’s return process. I purchased a pair of Gucci mules and returned them using the USPS label provided by Nordstrom. Tracking confirms the package was successfully delivered to their facility.Despite this, Nordstrom refused to issue a refund, claiming that the package contained a different item. The only evidence they provided was a photo with no identifying details — it did not show the shipping label, original packaging, or anything linking it to my return. This photo was also only shared after I specifically requested proof.I followed all return instructions carefully and sent back the exact item I purchased, in its original packaging. At no point did Nordstrom provide clear documentation showing a chain of custody or any verification that the item they referenced actually came from my shipment.I attempted to resolve this through customer service and even filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, but Nordstrom ultimately called their decision “final” without addressing the lack of verifiable evidence.I have been a loyal customer and expected a much higher level of accountability. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others when returning high-value items by mail, as there appears to be little recourse if something goes wrong in their return processing system.

Ordered 1 thing 3 weeks ago and had to contact customer service 5 different times (Only did anything when I called) to try to get it cancelled because it never shipped out to me and an agent told me it wasn’t going to. The most help they could offer me was telling me to re-order it myself. Even amazon would’ve re-ordered on my behalf and maybe even refunded in addition. This is completely unacceptable for a company and based on other reviews, I should’ve expected this experience.

In the Mens' Department, I watched as my son received top notch, personal service from Sammy and Raymond. They outfitted him with suits, ties, pocket handkerchiefs and shirts for a business trip. The suit pants were altered for free for pickup by noon the next day. I recommend this department wholeheartedly, they provided a tremendous service.

False advertising. When you buy a fragrance online, and there is a link below it that says free gift for purchase you make the purchase for $290 and then when you get your item there’s no gift with the purchase. You call to complain and they say oh that doesn’t include the tax so you end up with no free gift that they claim had a $30 value poor customer service.
