I was locked out of my password…

I was locked out of my password account. I didn’t think they were going to be able to help me, but I got on with Eryc and he was able to walk me through the process after doing verification of my identity. He was able to get things set up so that could get back onto my account. Really appreciate how quickly they got to me. I didn’t have to wait on hold. I didn’t have to wait at all in fact they were waiting for me most of the time so thank you Eryc for a job well done.

One star program, lacks import functionality

There is no way to export passwords directly into NordPass from the iPhone Passwords app to iPhone NordPass app. Nor is there any to export them to your PC! . This is insane! Fix this, you Nords!In the meantime the product is useless, so one star.

Responsive

They do not leave you wondering if they received your inquiry. They respond quickly. They address your concern directly and explicitly, and not just referring you to articles, as many sites typically do. As a novice using a Password Manager, they have have been patient, polite, personable and professional with questions I should have figured out. Good application and people.

Designed to protect revenue rather than serve customers.

We were charged £450 for a service we did not actively use, and our attempt to obtain a refund quickly after the renewal, exposed a very one‑sided approach to customer rights. Once an auto‑renewal has been triggered, any reasonable discussion seems to stop entirely context, usage, and intent become irrelevant.I understand why companies rely on auto‑renewal mechanisms, they are commercially effective. However, leaning on them so rigidly, without meaningful discretion or goodwill, comes at a reputational cost. In this case, the process felt designed to protect revenue rather than serve customers.As a result, I won’t be renewing, and I’ll be ensuring that future recommendations are directed elsewhere. Trust is hard won and easily lost, and unfortunately this experience did the latter.Edit: Ticket: (ID #20719496)

Skye was incredibly patient. She waited and waited while I searched my financial statements for payment information. I had to go back to 12/30/2023 to find my purchase information.

My plan auto-renewed before I remebered…

My plan auto-renewed before I remebered to buy a 2-year plan for a reduced price. I talked to Skye in the support chat and she helped me refund the auto-renewal with no problem, so I could pay the same price for 2 years as I would have had to for 1 year. Very happy with both the product it self and the support!

NordPass support is excellent

I was having a problem setting up a new feature in NordPass (support for generating 2FA tokens for third-party websites). Couldn't get it to work. Chatted with Nord support and got advice that seems to have resolved the problem completely. Excellent. It was easy and quick to get to Nord Support by chat and I quickly got the answer to my problem.
