They showed one price on the product…
They showed one price on the product screen then another on the checkout screen. Very deceptive. There was definitely some bull.

Love these shoes and gear
Love these shoes and gear. I have 4 pairs along with too many socks/shirts/shorts :). The most recent pair of Outwork Edge shoe lace "eyelet loop" broke within 6 mos. NB asked for few pieces/photos to confirm purchase and show the issue and I had a new pair on my feet within 1 week! All at not cost to me. NB customer for life.

Beautiful merchandise
The customer service! Prompt, very polite reply. The shoe I wanted was out of stock, I got an email when available. Their website is very well laid out, thorough explanations for their first class merchandise. So glad I discovered NOBULL, inadvertently from a fitness website. The prices are in Canadian $ and shipping is included!

Prompt customer service, satisfying outcome
I had missed the Welcome % off code on the website in two places, until after I made my first purchase. Grateful it's policy to refund that amount. Jett provided prompt, direct, and friendly customer service. Thank you! Also, the ability to "Train in it. Live in it. Break it in." the shoe is invaluable as I try to find the best shoe for training!

Best Customer Service & Best Overall Shoe
They have some of the best Customer Service! I received my 14th pair of NOBULL shoes and needed to return this pair and get another style due to some ankle/foot surgeries. They were quick to respond and help me through this seamless and easy process to get me in the NOBULLS that work best for me. If you are looking for a shoe to train in, a specific sport, or to wear daily, I highly recommend NOBULL. I found them three years ago, and now I'm in my NOBULL shoes exclusively, whether that is in the gym, or traveling international for my work.

Missing my exchanged shoes
Ordered a t shirt and running shoes, the items arrived no issue. The shoes were tight exchanged for a larger size, went through the process… the small shoes were received by Nobull, supposedly my replacement shoes were shipped, but I have not received them.Shoes were supposed to be delivered on 3/9 according tracking info, then it changed to another date, then another… As of today supposedly my shoes are somewhere on the east coast, with no clear answer from anyone on when I will get my shoes.Oh, my 1st order arrived smelling like weed, due to the delivery company they hire.I had hopes for this company, but this has been a epic failure… lack of customer support and communication to resolve the issue.

Very pleased
Their customer service is prompt and convenient and awesome! I bought a 2-piece outfit and debated returning it or exchanging the jacket for a larger size. Last minute I decided to try the exchange. I accidentally also sent back the matching tights. When I realized what happened, I had it straightened out and a new pair sent in less than 5 minutes using their chat feature.
