I am unable to review the product…
I am unable to review the product itself as I have still not received it.My experience with Nkuku has been extremely frustrating due to repeated delivery failures by their courier. My order has been cancelled multiple times, with conflicting information, missed callbacks, and no clear or reliable delivery date.What is most disappointing is the lack of resolution. As the retailer, Nkuku is responsible for ensuring orders are delivered, yet I am still left chasing updates with no clear outcome.I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this, and at this stage, I am left without the product I paid for and without confidence in when this will be resolved.I would expect far better communication and ownership of the issue from a company of this reputation.
