Store staff is nice. After-sales service could be better.
Staff David in shop with very good customer service. Patient and polite. Answer all our questions and help us with discount.A day delay of delivery after Easter. We call back the shop but even the Staff cannot answer when or which date will the delivery come. We spend 2 full day just waiting for delivery. I hope the staff can communicate with delivery company closely instead of tell us "I don't know". The mixer and shelf we bought in good quality. It works well until now.

Been ordering from Nisbets for several years. In all of that time we have received nothing but excellent service. Quality products, that offer great value for money. Competitive pricing. Easy to order on the website and great customer service. Very happy customer.

The saga continiues with this company
The saga continiues with this company. Ordered 10 table tops and 10 bases - "all in stock' - paid for pre 10am delivery - no delivery on the day they were meant to arrive - next day 5 table tops arrive and six bases only. This on top of the fatc that they still have nor resolved the misssing chaiors from the previous order - when will we learn not to use this company must be us who are the idiots now

Communication was dreadful
Communication was dreadful. I sent emails repeatedly and made several phone calls to be told different information regarding weather delivery up a flight of stairs would be possible and reasons for the repeated delay in receiving our order.
