Terrible AI "service"
My credit card was stolen, canceled. Auto renewal comes & I'm emailed a link to renew. Obviously my card changed. There's no way to change it through the link. I try chatting with chat bot. It claims it will give a human. Then it wastes my time for 45 minutes giving useless info with no human. Didn't renew. Nintendo can get bent.

Money grabbers
They force people to buy the new console by making new games exclusive when the old one works perfectly fine! Then, the new switch already is irritating me as hell, when connected to tv it starts to make noise by the hdmi cable! When I disconnect and connect again it stops for a while then the noise is back driving me insane. The old pro controller (which is also working fine!) doesnt wake up the switch 2?!! Because they want to force more money??? And the games are so expensive yet the cartridge only has a key to download? Wtf

I normally don’t write reviews but here we go…My experience has been an absolute shit show! I’ve talked to 7-10 different representatives “superiors” included!!! Xavier who is a superior….it’s unfortunate that you SUCK at trying to understand and comprehend the situation.. and then when I request to speak to someone else you tell me I’m not going to then hang up…. How do you (Nintendo Support) want me to provide you with debit/CC disputed transaction and ID number from an account I don’t even know… SINCE MY ACCT was hacked almost 5 years ago!!! Every time I have tried to get this resolved I get the run around excuse after excuse! Acct was hacked.. hacker used said debit/cc the “actual” owner disputes Nintendo refunds… MY acct has a ban can’t be lifted until I PROVIDE bank info on said debit /cc and provide disputed info.. THEN tell me tha even if the SUPPORT TEAM reaches out and confirms all info.. YOU WILL NOT LIFT MY BAN bcuz they are not MY acct holder and vice verse to the debit/CC ….. WHAT THE ACTUAL FRENCH TOAST!! 2 weeks of alllll this BS and still waiting for another response to talk to “supposedly hire up than who I talked to!!!

Not for me
Had to described issue on chat, then i was told i needed to send additional information throught email, then that a phone call would be necessary. All of this cause they did not included Nintendo Switch sport in a Nintendo Switch Sport edition.

Great, but not anymore.
I think Nintendo is pretty great. But they are getting greedy. Like, I really want to play BOTW 2, but you can only get it on Switch 2, with is around 800$. It's barely a improvement from the Switch. It just has better graphics, and less lag. I haven't tested it, but definitely doesn't sound worth it. They were great, until they wern't.

If I could give no stars
If I could give no stars. I would. Changed my password after a lot of problems and then once told to update new pw I did. Then tried signing in and repeatedly told to use passkey. When I tried I was told I can’t use passkey. For almost an hour I was sent round in circles with no help from their support. Absolute rubbish😡

Its like drinking the same kool aid flavor for 20 years straight. The subscription is like they added a new additive to the koolaid so you pay more for nothing really. Now they remake the old games instead of adding it to the subscription. Thats like sorry open your hand for the koolaid the paper container cost to much so its a new product that cost more.

Once they have your money it’s see ya later. Switch 8 months old, barely used. Plays switch 2 games fine, does not play switch 1 games. Trying to charge £216 for a faulty pin 😂….how does it play one set of games and not another if it’s faulty….not a chance you’re getting another penny out of me.
