I had an issue with my dashcam
I had an issue with my dashcam, I spoke with various people regarding the issue but a guy called Connall took permanent ownership of my case, he asked me to perform various checks and eventually sent me a new SD card hoping this would fix the issue but unfortunately it did not, he arranged for the device to be returned to Nextbase to be investigated and repaired, I have had feedback today that the unit is not repairable so a what I assume is a reconditioned unit is been sent out so will see if this fixes the issue.I was disappointed to learn that towards the end of my journey with Connall that they were changing help desk so hope he has kept his job as he was very good at trying to remedy the issue and very helpful.

Great service ordered the spare I need…
Great service ordered the spare I need shipped out as expected and arrived fast, the spare part the windscreen suction mount for series 2 is a great replacement not had this one drop from the screen, will buy direct from again.

Easy to order, reasonable price & quick delivery
Easy to order from a straight forward web page. Price was reasonable for an own-brand product. Delivered very quickly. Not yet installed on new car but am hopeful all will be good.

Parking Mode cable for camera
Arrived quick and worked great the OBD connection was a little thick so i had to unclip the cars port and move it back but works great.
