Over the past few years or so, support staff have been extremely hit and miss. Occasionally I've had some great ones that I feel genuinely want to help solve a problem. However, more often I get an agent that either doesn't have the technical knowledge to provide sometimes even the most basic support request or someone that just wants to get the ticket closed.I recently had a server migration and I'm extremely disappointed with the job done. Whatever SOP you have implemented for the migration team needs to be improved. There were so many issues. I'm still discovering issues. For instance, I found out this morning that the firewall was set up to block SMTP emails to some ports. This caused a MASSIVE backlog of emails, some of them two weeks old and time sensitive. It took 4 agents on the same ticket before I got a decent agent that actually put in some effort and discovered the cause.That's just one of many issues that came up with the migration.It's been a frustrating experience that when someone asks for a hosting recommendation, I'm not always confident to mention Liquid Web... and that means I don't get a commission if I recommend a different hosting service.Frankly, I'm not even sure if there's a point in writing this review because I'm not confident anything will be done. But at least I got this off my chest...

400 of my sites have gone down again.You can't speak to anyone in americaThey claim that their call centres are all american basedIt's a lieevery week sites go downthey do not have any firewallI've never been to a hosting provider that has this many issuesPlease do not use Liquid web - the 4.2 star is false, Just read the 5 star reviews, they are 4 or 5 words longDO NOT USE LIQUID WEB

Everyday is a new issue with liquid web - it's what happens when you save money and get people in developing countries to do the work of someone in America.Constant issues - where you can't even chat with someone, doesn't welcome you, just loads up and when you type something in there - nothing worksyou then have to send an email which can take hours to do.Well done Liquid web - for ruining absolutely everything you can ruin. I hope your greedy corporate executive team looses all their moneyThank you for contacting Liquid Web! Connecting you now…That's the error and it sits on there. They must be trying to save even more money

Double charge for same serviceI paid the invoice manually but their system made an automatic charge with the same amount. I sent the screenshot about it from my payment system but they even didn't do anything in the last 2 weeks.

As a Linux Admin I understand about hardware failure better than most. When the OPS team were called they handled the situation. I did not even need to do a restore.
