I had just come back from central london and needed to collect an order that i bought for my boyfriend to wear on our anniversary which is why i came at 17:57 3 mins before closing. I just needed to quickly collect an order and a lady at new look whitgift centre hadn't even closed the shutters but refused me away after I expressed that I really needed it. How can u close shutters when you're not even closed yet? That really upsetted me and ruined my day as I really needed that order. I even live in sydenham so I took a chance going past my stop to west croydon to get the order just to not even get it. I work in retail too so I know how it feels but I would have never done that. Improve your customer service new look whitgift centre!!

Treated extremely poorly by ‘manager’ in Berwick Upon Tweed branch (plus I’ve since found out others too have been treated horrendously ~ including ex employees of which there are many!)Disgusting and unacceptable behaviour but not surprising sadly !

Returns process not only costs you to return poor quality items but now doesnt allow you to book a home collection via Evri or Royal Mail. How disability friendly is this if people cant get out the house or if people work full time and cant get out. Absolutely shocking. Probably done to try and make you keep poor quality items.

I PURCHASED A £200 GIFT CARD TRUSTING NEW LOOK TO HONOUR IT, I SPENT £128 ON MY FIRST ORDER AND MADE ANOTHER SELECTION TODAY TO ORDER TO USE THE REMAINDER OF THE GIFT CARD, THIS WAS NOT HONOURED ON THEIR WEBSITE, SO NOW I HAVE TO SHARE MY GAVE DISSAPOINTMENT AT THEIR WEBSITE NOT ACCEPTING MY GIFT CARD AT THIS TIME. PATHETICALLY POOR !!!!!! I WILL OFF COURSE BE SHARING THIS WITH ALL MY FOLLOWERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA, VERY VERY POOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!

Im still waiting on an order that was to arrive on March 12th. Its now March 25th. No updates, no delivery. Nothing. Do not order from New Look. They are horrendous. They don't care. They want your hard earned money. I have asked for an immediate refund. I shall never ever shop with New Look again.

My feed back is for new look eastbourne today i met a lovely lady in the shop she sorted me buying a pair of shoes and ordering three pairs she was lovely helpful proffessional she told me about your discounts and arrange ne joining as not good on phones I had free delivery abd discount it was great and I was over joyedI just want you to know shes a credit to youWe visit eastbourne often.and we deffo do again such a lovely experience thanks you 😊

I placed a large order which arrived in packages. I returned more than half as I'd ordered 2 sizes as well I product I didn't want to keep. My return was in store on 16th Mar. I received confirmation today (24 Mar) for receipt for only half the goods I'd returned. Although the confirmation said I'd receive a second email confirming the rest of the returns within 2 hours, I'm still waiting. It's now over 3 hours. I have an account with New Look. When I looked online there is no 'Returns' section tracking your goods, only orders. It seems that none of New Look's process has been thought through and they certainly don't think about the customer experience. New Look put all the emphasis on sales and brand, without understanding that it's the end to end customer experience that matters. They'll lose more customers through their poor returns as much as a poor order process.

I never really shop in here, but when I do i remember why.All staff are rude, no welcome, no help and as if you have to give an email address to get a paper receipt.Force to give email address or no receipt
