Terrible experience with Newegg.I am a physician and purchased a $3,000 computer for my office. The unit arrived defective. I returned the product promptly and requested a refund, but I have still not received one.It has now been six months. I have made multiple calls to customer service, and each time I was told the issue would be resolved, yet no action has been taken and no refund has been issued.This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a purchase of this size. Don't order from them if you're in a hurry. I paid for overnight shipping and 5 days latter I still haven't received my order. Very stupid company which doesn't know how to expedite. Insane now the shipping says I won't get until tomorrow,! Unacceptable.I asked for a refund on the upcharge for shipping and I will update if I get it.I did get a shipping charge refund. I still don't have the packageIt finally arrived after 6 days! it worked just fine after it was here

I have been a loyal customer of Newegg for years, but my recent experience has completely changed my perception of the company.In June, I received a defective product. The merchant promptly issued a refund of $78.87, yet Newegg has held onto my money for over six months. I’ve contacted Customer Service five separate times and was repeatedly told that a refund check had been issued and mailed. To this day, I have not received anything.Each agent made promises, but no one took ownership or followed through. I even escalated the matter directly to an executive and received no response at all.What’s most disappointing is not the amount — it’s the complete lack of accountability and follow-up. After six months of excuses and no resolution, I can no longer trust Newegg with my purchases.I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service and refund processes, because this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I ordered what I believed was an Alfa AWUSO36ACHM WIFI adapter at a price of $58 which was reasonable.What was sent to me was an ALfa AWUSO36ACS which retails for around $27. Included a shipping was an invoice from another retailer for $27. When I tried to return it "Unopened" they sent me a return address in Utah. I paid the return shipping and sent it on. Then began a confusing chain of emails from multiple Newegg addresses making confusing demands for information they already had. But no refund. My son had similar problems with Newegg concerning a couple of faulty memory sticks. I won't ever use them again.

Customer for 16 years, never had an issue before. Went to return my gpu that I bought that wasn't working and my refund was rejected. Now they are apparently going to send me back my broken gpu and I'm out several thousand dollars. I've heard stories of people buying from Newegg, never opening their package and then returning it and it getting rejected for a bogus reason; now I know why. Won't be shopping at Newegg anymore.EDIT: In reply to Newegg response. The item was sent back in the exact condition I received it in. This is the exact reason why Newegg has the track record they do on return issues. I will be submitting my evidence including timestamped pictures and no cut video of the pre and post return condition and we will let the bank decide the outcome. Unfortunate that it had to come to this.EDIT 2: Just got the card back in the mail from Newegg. Absolutely insane! They removed the anti tamper sticker from my card! It's a good thing I have photo and video evidence of it being intact when sending it back. We will see what resolution the bank comes to.

I ordered from Newegg and my package was marked as delivered, but I never received it.The proof of delivery only shows “Dock” as the delivery location and lists an unknown third party as the recipient, with no signature, photo, or full address confirmation. Because of this, delivery to me cannot be verified.I contacted Newegg support, but they refused to issue a refund despite the lack of proper delivery confirmation.As a customer, I am left without the product and without my money. I hope Newegg will reconsider this case and improve how delivery disputes are handled in the future.

I made an 886 dollar order to build a new pc. Mobo had a bent pin. Spent 20 to send it back, spent I believe 279.99 on it. Got 189.99 refunded to me. The agent said because it was bought with a combo I don't get refunded part what I PAID. Bought mobo from Amazon next day and pc worked flawless. He said he can't look at what I paid for the mobo but knew I had two seperate discounts that stopped me from receiving my full refund from what I paid. Was offered 30 dollar card. Sure. But I won't be back. What a headache for something out of my control.

`I found my experience extremely positive. When I made a shipping mistake, customer service (Thanks very much, Rashida and another gentleman) went way out of their way to assist. Their prices are reasonable, and shipping was very fast. All in all, far better than their huge competition. From now on, I'll look to Newegg for my electronic purchases.
